The Zimmerman Trial: Justice for Trayvon! (Let's discuss it)

the thing is, money isn't everything it won't even do anything if we're trying to play their game or beat them at their game man. because they will change the rules. this case was bought for x amount. that price will be higher for US to play ball.. we need to get wealth and then set OUR OWN RULES AND have our own power. make our on lobbyist agendas and elect our own paid officials.

getting money and going to their table does nothing family.

get the wealth and create our own and make rules for once is everything.

The only thing that is relevant to what I posted is the bolded above. And I don't know about you, but I play pool one shot at a time. I think we REALLY need to get OFF this 'Money aint the end all noise'. It never was, and never will. HOWEVER, unless YOU have it, you can't KNOW what the limits are.

From where I sit, it's the people WITH the money that write the rules. Let's get there FIRST. WE'RE not gonna see ANY power without an economic revolution. Gotta sink the 1 ball before you get to the 8.

EVERYBODY gotta 'SMARTEN UP', right fuckin' NOW.

Max-dawg got me dyyyyin

I put my dick in whichever pussy I want

I'm dyyyin

i think that's how it works, my man.

i line mine up for my reason and purpose.

but to blame the jury for their decision when we've just witnessed a HORRIBLE prosecution case, is silly.

and then, to blame the jury and then link it to my dick-activity is super silly. comical.

WE'VE JUST WATCHED THE WORST PROSECUTORS IN HISTORY AND THIS NICCA DRY-MONITORING MY DICK ACTIVITY. :smh::smh::smh: and blaming a jury that ONLY HAS TO HAVE REASONABLE DOUBT.

weak prosecution = reasonable doubt is very, very reasonable.

see OJ Simpson when the 'system' worked EXACTLY the same way for him.

as i've said in the past, this case is and was about profiling and race.

but it is also about the haves and have-nots... the connected vs the un-connected (see zimmerman's dad).

money talks in this country... even in the court room.

here are some 'cases' for you:

lindsey lohan & robert downney jr get caught with HARD drugs... vs. pookie & ray-ray caught with a quarter pound of herb. who's going to jail?

famous football player gets drunk and runs over a pedestrian vs joe average BLACK man that does the same vs poor white man that does the same. who beats the charge on a technicality?

rich people
politicians
athletes
celebrities
law enforcement
and the 'connected' all... they ALL live under a different law system than you and i.

yes, black people get fucked-over in america in court... everyone knows that. but do black people with $$$ in America get fucked over as bad?

it's about race, but it's even more about $$$.

i mention everything else because its important too. too many have money now and could give a fuck about a collective effort. that's why i say other stuff and say it isn't everything. not because we don't need it but because we have so many with it now who have a me first fuck all the rest of us attitude. we gotta carry that collective attitude with the pursuit of the paper imo.

shaddy, you cool with me... but notice how some folks go STRAIGHT emotional and bring-up all kinds of sideways shit and fail to realize that the prosecution in this trial was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE.

they are getting toasted on MSNBC and other channels and i've read where lawyers were even questioning if they were "even trying to win a conviction."

motherfuckers need to focus. and they need to focus hard because when OJ Simpson faced some weak prosecutors, we were happy.

this time, we're not so happy.

and these motherfuckers were downright pitiful. my lawyer friend says that the BEST arguments the prosecution gave was in their closing statements... but by then, it was too late.

again, reasonable doubt. that's one, tiny, small hole of doubt... that's all it takes.

man I couldn't help but think a cac is not capable of representing Travon to the fullest. RIP Johhny Cochran..:smh:

worst i can remember seeing.
as if they didn't want to win, just put on a show.

too many have money now and could give a fuck about a collective effort.

IF we, as a CULTURE embrace wealth creation, the individual members of said culture will aspire to educate ourselves about wealth and how to acquire it, and act on it. Then, collectively, we will have it. How else would it work, if not like that?

that's why i say other stuff and say it isn't everything. not because we don't need it but because we have so many with it now who have a me first fuck all the rest of us attitude.

That's because there are TOO FEW ACHIEVERS. That kind of scarcity cannot, and I submit, should not be the burden of so few. Underachievers need to GET IN THE GAME.

we gotta carry that collective attitude with the pursuit of the paper imo.

^^^ See first reply/comment above.

Perhaps THEN, we can create pillars of influence. THEY paid good money to kill the "60's", and appears they've gotten a good return on that investment.

This is what it was to Corey the state prosecutor, the actual prosecutor, the judge and the jury

A big emotional show to satisfy the emotion of black people

Imagine the prosecutor didn't know what BMI meant when he was questioning his own witness about Zimmerman's medical records

Are you fucking kidding me?

all you have to do is tell motherfuckers on bgol the following:

instead of buying 26" rims that cost $10K and slapping them on a 2001 escalade...

why don't you put that money aside for the 3 kids you have... you know, to save for THEIR future?

it's not my style to tell ANY adult what to do with their lives, their money, their children or their genitalia. but if you're gonna talk about this "collective" attitude, you'd better be ready for some serious looks.

that's only if enough of us care about it to begin with.
i am with you with wealth and community.
i think they're tied at the hip which is why i don't mention one without the other its a part of it all and possible to do both and be aware of both at the same time.

underachievers do need to step into the arena and get it going as well. i don't think any of us are burdens, and i don't expect the ones now to carry all of the load.. but that don't excuse the lack of togetherness at this point in time. the ones who got it should be on what you're proposing we do since they're already in the position to lead by example...thus the collective effort.

it ain't on one or a few to save us all, we just need everyone to care and get on board so we can save ourselves.

i'm fine with the looks. people (not talking about you) are too sensitive when it comes to money. if i suggest or offer something alternative im not watching your pockets, im saying something you might not have considered before there's no crime in that...

and it doesn't have to be HUGE contributions just your part, whatever you feel comfortable with being your part. that little bit done by a lot makes a huge difference. so yes even if it is just saving for your kids to go to college and get that education, that puts more black people in favorable positions to ween ourselves from a system that's here to royally fuck us.

and in time put us in a position to do something about it (change laws, get our agenda met etc)

Yea uncle max-pit u right

Niccas always try a iceskate uphill

The prosecution sucked donkey balls

But somehow because I like my hoes thick I'm a coon

With prosperity comes new possibilities. Can't worry about who's not giving. Those who care . . . CARE. Those who have the will and dedication DO. Don't take this the wrong way, but I get the sense that you may not be aware at how decimated we are. As a culture we're basically back at square one.

Take a look around.

no im aware, im just a fighter. even realizing we're at square one is a step in the right direction. we're splintered. we can do anything together. that's my thinking. there's nothing we can't do. so im trying to make that happen. that's all.

It's the HOW or understanding the HOW, that important here. Doesn't matter IF 'we' are splintered. Why? Because the prosperous are always the strongest magnets.

I learned this lesson within my own family. Influence, in THIS AGE, occurs ONLY when those you intend to influence can EVIDENCE what you're doing. When you're losing at life, nobody can hear you.

It's like playing spades, and you want THAT book . . . sometimes "you have to come HIGH to get it". So you might need to do a lot to get folks ears.

Prosperity just has so many benefits, and IS A solution to so many concerns, why wouldn't folks organize there lives around such a simple principal.

This shit is going to have me up all night.... Planning or some other shit. Makes your thinking fast-forward to even more action.

Whatever happened with Zimmerman's pedophilia trial?

The special prosecutor's office has released more jailhouse calls and an audiotape from a witness saying George Zimmerman molested her. Zimmerman has been charged with second-degree murder in the February slaying of 17-year-old Trayvon Martin. The witness has been identified only "Witness 9":

"He would put his hands under my pants, under my underwear," the witness says.

That bombshell is part of a new set of evidence released by Special Prosecutor Angela Corey.

In a statement released earlier, witness 9 told Sanford police that Zimmerman does not like blacks. In the audio-recorded interview released today, she reiterated that but without providing specifics.

Zimmerman's family, she said, "don't like black people if they don't act like white people. They like black people if they act white."

She said the molestation began when she was six and stopped when she was 16.

Zimmerman's attorney, Mark O'Mara, had sought to have the witness's statement excluded, along with 145 120 phone calls made by his client while incarcerated in the Seminole County Jail. Those calls, he said, had nothing to do with the case. Zimmerman has since been released on bail of one million dollars after Seminole County Circuit Judge Kenneth R. Lester revoked his original $150,000 bail because Zimmerman and his wife had lied about their financial circumstances.

true HOWEVER the prosecution sans bernie sucked fucking huge and gave the defense the case

they'll be at the country club tomorrow playing golf like none of this shit even happened. probably made a bet and have to buy them dinner

the black volunteer won't be included though

Word. They're all in cahoots anyways, da judge, DA, lawyers down to da po-leece. Doin' favors for each other. That shit was bought, plain & simple.

this was hook up though more than money initially. being connected to the police and father being a judge. good old boy network shit.

the prosecution was just horrible they didn't even prep witnesses. it was a sham.

As soon as the jury was chosen......I knew....

the jury did their job. you are focused on the wrong thing.

as the jury you have to acquit if there is a slither of reasonable doubt.

with a weak prosecution that reasonable doubt threshold is easily met.

blame the prosecution. focus your energy & attention on how weak they were from the witnesses to the rebuttals & objections.

weak.
