No evidence to support that absurd claim that GZ was hunting another human.
The gun was his first option... That could be considered "unreasonable" use of deadly force.. The defense doesn't have to prove ill will or anything else to get that conviction...
And Voluntary Manslaughter would still be 25 in this case..

im still trying to figure, since when has it been cool to shoot & kill someone because you're losing a fight...? the prosecution has to drive that point thru the jurys minds. that and the fact GZ persued the kid for no reason other than his own paranoia which made him dangerous. but this does need to be a manslaughter case.

Your absolute ignorance on the law and courtroom etiquette and procedure is incredible.
Firstly, the lessor charge of manslaughter is included. So even if he's acquitted of the stronger charge. He burns.
Secondly, the prosecution. Though they haven't put on the BEST case, with the burden being on THEM, they've done in my estimation a good job. The presumption that there's 6 racist women on the jury panel that are gonna find in favor of the defense, HIGHLY improbable. It's not like they're playing team sports.
I'm looking at point & counter point, as well as the damage that GZ has done to himself WAAAAAYYYY before trial.
The fork in him can't go deep enough, he's so done.
