Y'all getting way too existed. Prosecution still missed many valid points. Unless they have more tricks up their sleeve, they are getting blown out of the water byte witnesses are clearing slanting their testimony and not a one objection? Weak shit. I boxed for years and still train at a gym. You don't even get gloves or need wear a cup for weeks or months. You learn stance, footwork, and movement before you ever get to a jab. MMA is the same. Drills and positioning. Zimmerman knows way more than the bitch ass prosecution ever emphasized. It's like they assume te jury knows or picks up on subtle shit. Women give subtleties they don't always pick up on them. Case is blown. If I were a juror rooting for Trayvon I'd be even more pissed off than before it started. Letting the witness go on for too long in favor of Zimmerman? Weak!

My response: "You take yo ass to the Reservation, you're black;
you take your ass to the Courthouse; you're black." I don't care where you go, from a distance, people will see a black person. But they wanna throw in all of this shit about what bloodlines or genes they have and Black is usually the last thing they say, if at all.

Mad respect. But how so? Town is known as the most racist town in the state. Most documented crimes against blacks and minorities. Man 1 will be put up, but the jury won't go for it. If anything, they'll sacrifice his ass for their rep and to prevent riots. Off reasonable doubt, he walks with his shoes untied.

Just now, the legal analysts on the wftv stream said they have found that this dude got his subpoena to appear as a witness after he was in the courtroom as a spectator, so it appears that he is in the clear for that.

I've been telling people this too. EVen if they only get him for manslaughter and he gets only 5 years, it will be 5 hellish years and he may not come out alive unless they put him in solitary.

The Defense has dominated this case, with few wins by the state.
TM was on top of GZ. TM turned around and punched GZ in the face. GZ was geting dealt with by the more athletic, strong teen. GZ pulls gun out, defends himself.

TM could have a: asked GZ what he wanted before striking GZ in the face, but TM did not like white people, so he lashed out at GZ

There has been no evidence presented that imply that GZ attacked TM.

No evidence that he approached TM in aggressive manner, sure he followed TM. Is that a crime? Did he hit TM in the back of the head with a fist?

What!!! TM noticed a guy following him this guy followed him for a few mins so he ran, after running you happen to run into him again, you ask why are you following me for, GZ first action is to reach for something. Anyways GZ is not a cop and should get manslaughter.

The question about him testifying was not improper... but a little premature in that it is usually asked after the last witness is done. In the event he is convicted, that would NOT be grounds for appeal. It wasn't asked in the presence of jury.

Manslaughter with firearm is Florida is 25 years. George killed a minor. 25 years minimum. Day for Day. 23 hours in cell.

I have said GZ will at least served 25 years.

The 10-20-Life law was created to deter violent repeat felons. There is now mandatory sentencing for:

Producing a gun while committing certain felonies — 10 years

Firing a gun while committing certain felonies — 20 years

Shooting someone while committing certain felonies — 25 years to life

This Florida gun violence statute does not allow judges any leeway, even when there are extenuating circumstances.
