I can't understand a single word of this interrogation tape..
The way I've heard it, manslaughter is embedded within the 2nd degree murder charges as a possible lesser included offense as far as the trial is concerned.

the prosecutor sucks, theyre not allowed to prove trayvon was screaming, and you dont have any men and few black people on that jury
hopefully their will be a civil suit so that they can allow more evidence in; then zimmerman will be found responsible for the death and have to forgo all of his future earnings to the martin family

i believe trayvon did approach him when he noticed zimmerman "already" had his gun drawn

Two or three times today the defense has asked police officers something to the effect of "Did you feel at any time that Mr. Zimmerman had any anger or disdain towards Trayvon Martin?" . I just wish once, someone would say, oh, you mean besides telling dispatch he looked like he was suspicious, on drugs, up to no good, one of the assholes who always gets away... before shooting him point blank in his fucking chest?"
man the state lost this case last week..when they didnt probably prep precious i knew this shit was rigged

As far as who is involved in the case though, who is in elected office? Maybe the DA, but I'm not sure if it's elected or appointed down there.

its incredibly frustrating to watch someone lie over and over. and then insult our intelligence like they're doing now.

By his own admission, he gets out, he follows him. Trayvon notices him and asks if he had a problem AFTER zimmerman followed him all around a neighborhood he doesn't know...meaning outside of his known surveillance areas

Are you meaning the prosecution or that the cops should have pushed more on that part of his statement during his interrogation? ...cause of course the prosecution won't even have a chance to ask him that if they keep him off the stand. Man, I hope he gets up there though, because at least then (hopefully) he can have some pressure put on him to justify his actions.
