So let me get this straight Cena clowned Punk for wearing Bret Hart's colors last week and then this week he comes out rocking black and pink his damn self.:smh:

Actually, he's wearing pink for the breast cancer awareness foundation, so I guess he gets a pass... this week! ;)

JIM ROSS BACK ON TV TONIGHT
by Mike Johnson @ 6:24 PM on 9/17/2012

Jim Ross will be part of the broadcasting team for tonight's Raw, joining Michael Cole and JBL on the three hour broadcast.
Ross is not back full-time and is expected to just help fill the gap brought on by Jerry Lawler's health issues

Yay, JR! Boo JBL!

I actually like JBL on commentary even though he can be boring at times.

IMPACT REMAINING LIVE ON SPIKETV THROUGH END OF 2012
by Mike Johnson @ 5:56 PM on 9/17/2012

As we reported last week in the PWInsider.com Elite section, Spike TV and TNA have come to terms to keep Impact Wrestling as a live broadcast through the end of 2012. Certain episodes will be taped in advance if the broadcast falls on a holiday, but beyond that, they will be live

:bravo:
The show's been better but more importantly, the Impact Zone audience is much, much better.

Impact is a lot more enjoyable to watch now and the 2hrs kinda fly by, but RAW being 3hrs feels like a chore to watch now:smh:

It sure was great to hear Jim Ross again and it was kinda fun to hear JBL diss Cole on going to Syracuse....

But damn, that was an awful show! The crowd sucked and the matches was sooo boring... Zzzzzzz!!:yawn:

Ryback picking up that couch and tossing that shit out the ring at the Mix was funny though! :D

RAW bores the shit outta me more than ever. I basically watch the entrances, Daniel Bryan, AJ and Naomi, I mute the rest.

He's struggling a little but I'm not really hard against him. I just didn't think he was better than Taz.

Three hours is just too long. Orton/Tensai II? It wasn't bad Friday night but Tensai hasn't had a good win in months. I don't get having Orton beat Ziggler knowing Orton is about to take time off to shoot a movie.
Impact! has done the one thing I think they should have been doing and that Raw needs to do: just let the guys wrestle. Impact! might only have 3-4 matches but most of them are going to be around 10 minutes giving them time to work and tell a story. Which leaves less time to have to come up with backstage skits and bullshit. Plus they make it about titles, everyone wants to be a champ of some sort.

Oh Taz is much better than JBL on commentary even though i can't stand it when he uses the phrase rocket buster(just a ripoff of slobber knocker), but i thought JBL did a good job as a fill in on short notice.

RAW is worse than Nitro was when they moved to 3hrs because at least Nitro had a much deeper talent pool, they have some people like Sandow who was great last night but they've done so little with the mid-card that fans don't care. Orton winning on his way out makes no sense especially since he just came off a suspension, and Ziggler is looking weaker than DB as a MITB winner.

Nitro used to have so many guys and when they went to 3 hours, they brought in more. WWE is just using the same guys every week and the midcard guys are in just meaningless, mindless bullshit. At least when WCW would throw out the luchadors, it was meant to be a spectacle and something different. With guys like Gabriel and Kidd and Ryder, they should be going full bore with a cruiserweight division just to fill airtime.
I wouldn't sure about Sandow before, way too "Genius" for me, and I hate the cartwheel ( cartwheels do not get heat, they just look dumb) but he's getting there and I can see them bringing him to Raw full time. But since they dont believe in really pushing heels, he won't be as good as he can be (like Ziggler, Del Rio, and Swagger).

Oh yeah

Promo of the night

The Big Deal Titus O'Neill.

If Darren wants to stay on Raw, he shouldn't talk, just like Titus talk and he whips out a one liner, like the Road Warriors used to do with Animal being the talker and Hawk the one line king.

Darren looked so shooked by Titu's PROMO that when it was his turn he was like "Shit man why I gotta talk now...". Yea he should probably shut up. And it works if Titus gonna continue to do promo's like that. Titus keep that up he may have singles in his future. A successful run anyway. WWE been looking for that big black guy to push but none of them didn't have the mic skills.

John Cena Surgery Update: Out 2-3 Weeks
Posted by Dave Mitchell on 09/18/2012 at 02:49 PM

WWE broke the news this afternoon that John Cena underwent arm surgery today to remove chips in his elbow.

The original report stated that Cena would be out for 4-6 weeks. WWE.com has provided this update:

"Cena is expected to recover in two to three weeks. An update on his recovery time is expected Thursday when he is reevaluated."

Cena is currently scheduled to appear at Thursday's NXT TV taping from Winter Park, Florida. No word on whether the surgery will affect this appearance.

While I'm not the biggest Cena supporter it'll be interesting to see how RAW will be for the next 3-6 weeks without him, of course they'll try to push up the recovery time but damn, dude needs a break at some point, at this point he's going to end up like Hogan, a broken down man

The WWE needs to elevate other guys then Cena being gone would not be a big deal. Also Titus O'Neal will be a future world champ:yes:.

Yep with Henry soon to be retired they need a strong black guy at the top of the pecking order. I think Titus will succeed where guys like Ahmed Johnson, Bobby Lashley, and Ezekiel Jackson have failed.

JOHN CENA UPDATES HEALTH, BURIES WWE WEBSITE IN PROCESS
by Mike Johnson @ 4:33 PM on 9/19/2012

John Cena, via Twitter, wrote the following update on his health: "Some #jackwagon from @wwe dotcom apparently posted me recovering in 14 days. I spoke in depth with my surgeon Dr James Andrews And he specifically told me due to the amount of fragmentation, SIX WEEKS is a safer time table for recovery. I apologize on behalf of a Website whos credibility is now equal to #theonion please @wwe web guys, get your monkey frankin facts straight! You folks have my word i will try my best to get healthy as quick as i can, and im sure i wont stay away from #raw but as of now...I am supposed to lay low for SIX WEEKS. I will send surgery photos and video to @wwe so they can see how bad it really was. I am also sure that if @wwe took a second to reach out to the actual surgeon, that Dr Andrews would gladly comment. #internetmalpractice. Ok, im now off the soap box and back to being just a one armed man. Enjoy your day.

When is Hell in the Cell again?

WWE News: WWE reportedly signs deal with All-Japan Pro Wrestling that could lead to talent swaps

Several sites are reporting that WWE has signed a working agreement with All-Japan Pro Wrestling that could pave the way for talent swaps between the company. John Laurinaitis met with All-Japan officials during last month's WWE tour of Japan, and it is believed the deal was finalized there.

If HHH is behind this then it's a great move, but if it's Vince then it will fail since he doesn't know how to market foreign wrestlers anymore.

Good move if done right. NJPW works with ROH and NOAH works with TNA.

WWF had a failed Japan promotion Super World Sports also had co-promotional deal with Michinoku Pro Wrestling in 1997.

I don't see them having any long term pushes for All Japan talent but more of a traditional exchange where the Japanese guys come here and learn how to work gimmicks and be characters and WWE guys go to Japan to learn how to work.
It would greatly help if they were serious about a cruiserweight division. All Japan has some great smaller guys.
Maybe they'll finally do something with Yoshi Tatsu :dunno:

Yeah, send him to Japan.:D

Two last things now that I've watched the entire Raw

JBL was rough Sunday but by the second hour he was on fire on Raw. Most three man teams suck but that one with Cole/JBL/Ross was pretty decent for their first time together. He just needs to cut back on telling every title and organization every guy ever worked for. I like him building guys up like their important (something the company should do anyway) but he was going crazy with it at first.
Oh yeah, he still doesnt like Miz.

Love him, hate him or whatever, Cena fucked up his ankle and still worked a long match with Punk and worked hard in a tag match the next night when he could have taken it easy and let Sheamus work the whole match. He's one of the hardest working guys in the business.
They should have saved him and Punk fighting in the tag match until the end but that's another booking mistake not his or Punk's fault.
