It's not pass, it's acknowledging who's at fault. Vince wants Superman, Cena plays Superman.
There's a difference between using your clout to hold someone down, as Austin did with Jeff Jarrett, and actually getting them to change the way they book. When Austin really tried to flex, he ended up having to walk out. Without some strong competition and/or pressure from Bonnie Hammer at USA, Vince isn't going to listen to anyone other than Kevin Dunn and Stephanie and they see shit like he does.

True but even superman had kryptonite what does Cena have? The speech at the end of the ppv summed up the main problem with Cena, and that is no matter what he needs to get the final shot. The truth is Shane is the reason why this company is in flux, he wanted to add a bit of realism to the product and Vince wanted big dick johnson:smh: Stephanie has the same warped as Vince so he doesn't have to worry about her vetoing his dumbass ideas, you saw what happened when Shane was the lead idea man(Tyson & Mayweather)and a former writer said Steph would tear Shane down whenever she could since he's better for the role.

They seem like the brother and sister on "Hardcore Pawn":D That chick even looks like a fat Stephanie.

Punk, Jericho, and Bryan have thrown down the "Best in the World" gauntlet and Kurt Angle is picking it up

Kurt Angle wrote on his twitter - "Don't Forget! The 2 Best Wrestlers in the World today are K Angle and AJ Styles. We Wrestle At Sacrifice PPV. #MatchoftheYear. I Promise!"

Good spring of wrestling for the big companies, even if surrounded by hit and miss booking

Punk vs Jericho and now Punk vs Bryan in WWE and Angle vs Styles in TNA. As long as they don't add a bunch of shit to the actual matches, they all should be fun.

WWE.com announced Thursday that "super agent" A.W. has signed Primo, Epico and Rosa Mendes to his ”All World” talent agency, officially making the former WWE Tag Team Champions his clients.

A.W. had been courting the trio for several weeks leading up to Monday's Raw SuperShow as he insisted that the team deserved better placement and promotion at events.

"We're going all the way!" said A.W. at the official signing, who promising to take them to "The Promised Land." Mendes added, "We expect nothing but the best from this new relationship," to which A.W. replied, "You're going to get the best and beyond."

Told you the twitter shit was just storyline, I hope this leads to more managers because that's one of many things they desperately need now.

This is great news. Managers will help the no talkers for sure. Bring back legit tag teams as well.

Too bad Larry Sweeney isn't around to run with the super agent gimmick that he used in ROH.

I'll believe that they'll bring back legit tag teams when I see it though rumor has it that the WWE was trying to talk to the Briscoes a few months back.

I don't see the connection.
To be clear, I assumed it was but events have made me open to it being a shoot and each week makes it seem more and more like one. They popped off, the next week they get squashed by a non tag team. Then next time they'e on tv (not the next week) they lose again, then they lose the tag titles, all with very little mention of their twitter escapades.
I think they talked reckless, got punished and now it's over. But giving them a manager/agent doesn't mean anything unless they're deciding to go back to managers other than Vickie Guerrero. It appears, to me, like they in the same situation as TNA and Eric Bischoff shitting on Jeremy Borash and them turning it into a work.
Please remember what company we're talking, the same one that punished Mark Henry for getting hurt and has now put the tag titles on a guy who got suspended for the same thing that got Kofi's last tag title partner suspended.

Everybody wanted the Briscoes but Sinclair loves them and even sends them to trade shows to show them off. They're in ROH to stay unless Vince or Dixie is willing to write a HUGE check to feed Mark's 13 pitbulls and 30,000 chickens.

After being savaged by Scott Steiner for a few weeks on Twitter, Eric Bischoff responded to Steiner announcing he would take part in a grand opening for a Shoney's location, writing, "50+ year old man pitching greasy fried chicken in Buford and wrestling indys in front of 250 fans...bitter?

He does know Scott Steiner doesn't mind going to jail, right?

The WWE is obsessed with their social network status so they're feeding storylines through twitter now. They vented on twitter got buried and now they get an agent who promises to make them stars, do you see the connection now? Washington will become an agent to all the wrestlers who feel like they're being buried and i for one like the idea. The Mark Henry thing was absolute idiocy and that had Vince written all over it, this agent storyline makes sense which leads me to believe he has nothing to do with it.

Vince McMahon has been furious with the WWE.com staff and there's a feeling that heads may roll soon. During the WrestleMania 29 hype several weeks back, Vince met with New Jersey Governor Chris Christie and there was nobody from the website present to photograph, film or cover the event.

- Speaking of Vince, he now wants more rehearsals at WWE events and wants the writers and producers to communicate more. There were a lot of fingers being pointed at the problems at Extreme Rules including John Cena's promo and Brock Lesnar almost getting hurt as well as the timing issues on RAW.

One person close to the process expects that WWE content will be more rigidly scripted and that Vince is going to have to approve just about everything.

Is this not the same shit that got WCW shelved?:smh:

That makes sense to you and me but it's not what they're doing. They haven't used the word "buried". They don't talk about their losing streak or their lack of tv time lately. They havent made the connection they normally do for this type of thing. They referenced the online shit all the time with Rock and Cena. I was thinking this was going to be them feeding a storyline but the feed never happened. Most WWE fans don't know anything about them bitching about their spot at Mania and they've only referenced it once, right before Khali and Show beat the shit out of them.
They fucked up, have to suffer (like Brock), and now they're going to do business with them. But I'm going to wait and see if they do anything with them and Washington. I'm still waiting for them to do something with Zack Ryder other than try to make a statement at his expense.

Is this not the same shit that got WCW shelved?:smh:

Not really. Shitty management got WCW shut down.

The promos can be even more tightly scripted? :smh:

Checking some things out and come to find out that the fault for Cena's little speech at the end wasn't his but that was the plan all along. Now I'm confused. If Cena was going into business for himself, that was fucked up but for them to book that is just damn dumb.

HHH ain't shit for no selling his injury last night by showing up in Floyd Mayweather's corner. Killer Kowalkski is turning over in his grave.

Killer would have been there in full arm cast.

We all know if Punk or anyone named Cena or HHH did that shit, they would catch hell.

So, have you heard what Hulk Hogan's big new idea, that's so great that he'll leave TNA if it doesn't work, is yet? Well, apparently it's to have people videotape TNA talent when they're out on the town and post in on YouTube so that TNA can promote it! I don't think you could create a worse idea using more bad planning in a single sentence if you tried! So basically, you're telling wrestling fans, a group of generally stable and well-adjusted people if there was one, to track down TNA wrestlers and videotape them on the street, going about their day-to-day, mostly non-wrestling-related business, and then post it on a public forum for the world to see? Hey, look, when I copied that sentence into an online dictionary, it came back with the result "felony stalking"!

All right, everyone already made all the good stalking jokes. And all the good "shouldn't the guy who just had a sex tape leaked on the Internet have first-hand knowledge of why this is a stupid idea" jokes. Plus, TNA apparently cut the footage of Hogan introducing this idea on Impact, so even they might be having second thoughts. At this point, Dixie Carter's probably got people slaving over an old AMC DeLorean in the hopes that they can go back in time and stop themselves from signing Hogan in the first place.

I tel you, if I had won that $600 million in the lottery, I would have purchased TNA and fired Hogan first day.

I would have too. I would have been on the phone with the Carters first thing.

I might be tempted to sell some shares back to Jeff Jarrett but that asshole would probably try to bring back Russo.

Russo would not be allowed anywhere near that company if i owned it!

I would have either bought TNA or Ring of Honor.
