They dont have the talent. As much as we don't want to admit. There best talent is mid card level talent on WWE. Let's not forget Moxley = Dean Ambrose and Claudio = Cesaro

Kenny Omega is unproven in the Big Leagues but his style reminds me of the guys on NXT.
Wardlow is not as good or unstoppable as Braun Strowman. Hobbs is not as good as Lashley MJF is not on the level of Roman or Brock Lesner or even a Randy Orton.
MJF is a better version of L.A. Knight.
If he came to WWE his highest feud would be with AJ Styles or maybe Austin Theory.
Carmelo Hayes would outwork him and Bron Breakker would destroy
I can't see him going up against the likes of Drew McIntyre Shamus or Gunther and that's at the IC level.
The WWE woman's division is a also on a different level. The AEW woman's division would barely beat out the NXT division. They are led by WWE jobbers.
AEW/Impact wrestling all use a smaller ring To make their Wrestlers appear bigger. Honestly they would all look lost and shrunken in a WWE arena. I am here for the competition but AEW has a long way to go to be considered a legitimate threat.

Dynamite's main event last week barely drew 700k viewers, meanwhile Wrestlemania had their highest gross ever and WWE is now part of a $20b+ conglomerate.
Cody not winning is hardly WWE "fucking up".

Endeavor bought out the William Morris Agency years ago. They have a huge portfolio in the entertainment industry, representing artists in music, film, Television, etc...
WWE being under the same umbrella as William Morris will give their wrestlers opportunities in the entertainment industry.
If you don't think AEW or other free agent wrestlers aren't going to consider those possible opportunities, you're more dense than I originally thought.
WWE under the Endeavor umbrella opens a world of doors for their wrestling talent.
Yeah they'll consider it and then the very next thought that will pop into their head will be Vince McMahon and all of a sudden that consideration goes right out the window.

If anything this shows that WWE writers, bookers and match produces are light years ahead of AEW. To be honest Cody has always been trash and have lived off of the Rhodes name all his life. They built his ass up and humbled the fuck out of him this weekend. His past 48 hours is them breaking him.
Highly unlikely but would be great if it happened.
He was already built up before he stepped foot back into WWE. He originally left WWE as a joke gimmick in Stardust then went and wrestled in ROH, New Japan and AEW and made a name for himself as Cody Rhodes "The American NightMare". THEN he stepped foot back into WWE as a finished commodity. That's the story. The only thing that was left for him to do was win the World title and he would've done it if Vince's petty ass wouldn't have called the audible.
Where's the lie. The biggest stars on AEW is John Moxley aka Dean Ambrose. He was an intercontinental mid card Jobber in WWE. FTR was trash on the Main roster. Keith Lee, Swerve, Rusev. I'm glad TK took the belts off of all of the WWE rejects. The majority of the Wrestlers were t good enough to get through the performance center or those that did were released. I like AEW my take is that the promotion has a long way to go to compete with the likes of a WWE.
You just said he couldn't get over as a finished product and EVP of AEW. Cody was big fish in a little pond because he had come from and was groomed under the biggest wrestling promotion in the world in WWE. He realized in order for his Star(pun intended) to shine brighter he had to return to WWE. AEW/ROH. IMPACT New Japan is not cutting it. He left Kenny and the Bucks in the minor leagues and took a shot at the major. Can Cody actually carry the promotion or take it to another level. As The Bloodline states do Cody move the needle especially with this new deal. Fuck no you been to setup a Roman Brock or even a Lashley to carry the title.

It's weird that you act like some people are caping for WWE cause they're not fans of Orange Cassidy and don't cheer for rampant flippity do wrestling where their dumb asses can't figure out that if you do a flipping move towards the floor from a high distance you're probably going to hit the floor with some part of your body. Hell we criticize WWE more than you criticize AEW with their bullshit
Some of WWF/WWE biggest stars were mid carders in WCW, ECW, TNA, or Indy Darlings. Sami Zayn has been purely a midcarder his entire WWE run but is over huge now. You put talent in the best position to succeed. I just posted some quotes from Reddit about fans being either brain washed like WWE is the only company that matters. Some of yall act as if you're on the WWE pay role with blatant bias posts.
And are the main ones to call someone else a mark when they act like WWE can do no wrong...lol Crazy thing is, I grew up with WWF because that's what my grandfather liked and he got my cousins, brothers and I into wrestling. I don't watch any promotion religiously and mostly keep up with wrestling with this thread but my God, the WWE stans in this thread are a bit much...
