But, but, but, but TK is BROWN! He's a POC! Shouldn't that be all that matters? :rolleyes2:
AEW = Stephen
TK = Calvin Candie.

AEW Stans be like this whenever TK is critized for his fuckery...

Vince flew too close to the sun. He's basically Chump who got away with a whole lot and now things are coming back biting him on the ass.

Dumbest thing he could do is use money from a Publicly Traded Company to fund his Caligula Sexcapades....

He's gonna get got and probably be forced to sell his shares too.

Yep. All the other stuff with the paralegal and was mostly just scandalous headlines.
Using company money from a publicly traded company and not reporting it to the public and SEC is something that could actually put him behind bars.
Seems guys like him eventually get drunk with power and end up doing something stupid to lose it all.

Turning a guy heel a week before a PPV with minimal contact with his PPV opponent and then putting him with a manager who is also gone a week later seems like a failure on Tony Khan's part. Gresham having a different vision is on Gresham. Being 5'2 but a legitimate wrestler should have been fine being that he is on ROH and had been for awhile now. He's short but he looks like an athlete. Being that it's ROH and he had been well established there him being champion wasn't far fetched at all. And if he's been trying to get in touch with Khan who blew those concerns off until just before the PPV then that is also on Khan.
Plans change.

TK is trying to take ROH to the next level and you're not going to do that with a champion that's 5'2. It doesn't matter what Gresham did in ROH prior to Tony buying the company. New owner! New vision! It's as simple as that.

TK is a busy dude. Could the communication have been a little better? Sure but at the end of the day Gresham wasn't going to change TK's mind. Nobody knows who Gresham is outside of ROH.
He needs to get out of his feelings and get over it. Dude's short as hell so he ain't going to the WWE, so he has no where else to go.

Can we stop talking about dudes height like there aren't small champions. Yes I am talking about Bryan Danielson who is 5'10 and that 6 inches is a world of difference when you're that height, but this is the same shyt that they say about him.

This just seems odd that this blew up the way it did, curious what John's actual beef is with turning heel

Summerslam is a wash. It's too close to make meaningful changes. I do expect a big Season Premiere type promotion and that's where we will see the true changes. Maybe it's the day after Summerslam, maybe it's in the fall to coincide with other tv shows. Just unfortunate that one of the big four ppvs and a stadium show is going to be a waste

I'm going to the Raw 2 nights after SummerSlam (SS is on a Saturday) so I'm hopeful there are big changes at that show.

Nah, dude is like super short. There's a big difference between being 5'9 or 5'10 and being his height.
He's even short compared to a lot of the AEW guys who are on the smaller size.
At least Danielson has personality. This guy brings nothing else to the table.

Pac and John Silver are around the same height, are they not?

Shit, Rey Mysterio is a midget and he's done quite alright for himself....

Mysterio sells a shitload of merch, is basically a cartoon character come to life, and appeals to the Latino fanbase. In other words, he brings in money.
What has this guy accomplished that he feels he gets to throw a hissy fit when things don't go his way?

Now. But it wasn't always like that.

I really don't care either way, but adjusting the direction for their world Champion just before the show and making all those changes is a bad look.

And again, I can't help but notice this happening to a Black wrestler.....

Was it a hissy fit for not getting his way or being pissed off because of piss poor planning. They do the 1rst thing with ROH and other than Lethal and his people doing some promos there's been nothing until the PPV announcement, then a sudden turn complete with a new manager and faction. Then within a week both were done.
Say what you will with Tony Khan consistency has not been his strong suit this far

You're never gonna see me championing TK on here as a booker, especially when it comes to black wrestlers.
To me the way he's treated black wrestlers hasn't been much different from the way WWE treats its black talent as of late.
When he does push a black wrestler it's mostly for PR purposes.
I still think Gresham could have handled this situation much better, especially considering he doesn't have much leverage to go elsewhere due to being undersized and bland.
Both things can be true at the same time.

1st time watch Raw in along time
them Memes about Fury getting the work without Vince have come true on screen

Roman killed it with that your daddy aint here line & of course fans got 'A Whose Your Daddy Chant' ready

Bray Wyatt joining Judgement Day would be perfect. Hope they don't have Dom turn on Rey Mysterio. Would be too obvious
As the boys refuse to put their hands on Rhea this could be a way to get the daughter to join WWE. She wants to train, and continue the Mysterio legacy join Dom and Rey in battle against the Judgement day. Or have the Mom call in her "Sister" Valerie Loureda to help battle against Rhea.
If I was a writer I would have put Raquel Rodriguez with the Mysterios against Judgment day.

Rey vs Finn.
Dominick vs. Damien
Raquel vs Rhea
Culminating into a huge 6 man tag match

I love Rhea and Finn. The trio makes sense and happy they have something to do…But the trio ain’t hitting right. Something is off. Maybe it’s the lack of main event leader or the fact it has been a midcard faction
Wyatt would add legitimacy to the group. Have Wyatt lead them. Not the Fiend, but a new Bray Wyatt cult leader 2.0 character, on a more serious level and not pretending to be some backwoods hillbilly.

Lolz only thing I would carry over from Wyatt's original character is having him refer to Rhea Ripley as Sister Abigail....

Have them run roughshod on the roster with their eyes set on The Bloodline....

Roman beats Brock...again and now we setup a Bray/Reigns program.

Only thing that screws this up is the premise of Judgement Day is they are all equal and there is no one leader. That's why they dumped Edge because he was making them into followers and no different than how they felt before joining the group. They would have to evacuate that concept if Bray joined. Then they just become like the faction on NXT.

I loved The Fiend character but old Bray with The Judgement Day to setup Survivor Series but I think the The Fiend can work with The Judgement Day.
The Fiend didn't talk. Cult leader Bray Wyatt gave good to decent promos. Judgement Day has potential but Finn Balor can't shake the smiley face SAWFTness and Damian Priest hair looks like Stevie Wonder..... can't take him seriously on the mic.

Bray can talk. Have him be their leader and have the Fiend, basically be the Demon.... only reserved for Special Occasions, probably used once a year.

Fuck it, call an audible. They came off as Edge's lackeys because Edge is an old vet and HOFer.

Someone who is still relatively young and has experience as a faction leader would work.

It's not like WWE hasn't changed or tweaked storylines midway as is.
