Becky Lynch explains how difficult real life breakups were for couples in WWE“There was always this thing of, like, if you get into a relationship and things go south, they’re not going to fire the guy. They’re always going to fire the girl. You know? It was a very, very scary thing.”

Becky Lynch recalls disliking her on-screen pairing with Seth Rollins in 2019:“They put us together, and we didn't know our own dynamic as a couple. Now we're on TV, and my wrestling character is so different to how I am in real life, and especially as a girlfriend. And so trying to figure that out on TV—and then they kept talking about, ‘Oh, Becky and Seth in a real life relationship’ every two minutes. It was jammed down everybody's throats. Everybody hated it. It was awkward as sh*t.It was pretty awful.”

Seth Rollins states why he hates WWE Unreal. “I do hate it. I don't hate all of it. I mean, look, there's some parts of it that I think are fascinating and interesting, but I go like there's some things that in our business, everybody knows what it is. Everybody knows that it's predetermined and planned, but the gray area, that one little question, right? That like maybe they really don't like each other. Yeah. Maybe there's something there. Maybe that what could happen, that unpredictability that it creates, that's the magic. That's where the magic happens in our business is that just little seed of doubt. And when you start to just chip away at that, it becomes a bit tricky.”

Chelsea Green says advice from John Cena is "game changing." "It’s been really special because I have been able to be there at so many of [John's] shows and vice versa. I’ve been able to hang out in the back with his wife and I’ve been able to come back and have him watch my match and talk about it or [my] promo, and that’s a really special thing because I think there’s nothing more valuable than his opinion."When he gives you advice, one thing about John Cena is he doesn’t waste his breath on anyone. So when he gives you advice, it’s thought out and it’s articulated in a way where he is not wasting his time or your time. That’s really unique in wrestling because people love the sound of their own voice in this business, and so for him to just, like, take that moment to tell me how he feels, it’s, I mean, yeah, it’s game changing."

Seth Rollins says nobody gives a shit about the opinions of fans on social media:“The fact that everybody feels like they need to have a f*cking opinion about everything, you know? That's the thing that I go, well, what are we doing here? You don't need to have an opinion. You can just say nothing. You can just say nothing. Or you can talk to your friend about how much you hated the latest Marvel movie. You don't need to put that crap on social media. You don't need to. Nobody gives a shit about you and your opinion, you know? Well, they want to have a control [opinions on pro-wrestling when so much of it is out of the fans’ control] though. You know what I mean? They think they might. And look, to their defense, these opinion junkies, we've given them a little bit of the liberty of saying, if you have a strong enough opinion and it takes hold enough, we will change course. You know? And that happens from time to time. Well, that's the beautiful thing about our business, partially, is that you can pivot when things are wrong. You know, a good example of this is, I would say, there's a couple of them. One was the recent R-Truth situation, where R-Truth's contract didn't get negotiated and it got leaked online that he had been released. And the fans went, what the, we love R-Truth, what are we doing here? We need R-Truth, everybody needs an R-Truth. And it got to the point where the executives in WWE said, you know what, they're right, we do need R-Truth, we were wrong.”
