I have no clue who this guy is nor have I heard of his band. I'm not saying I believe this story but at the same time, I'd be lying if I said I couldn't see it happening. It's so damn random. Lolz

I could definitely see it happening. Aubrey projects the vibe of being full of herself. AEW has really gassed her head up. She really thinks she's important.

He's entitled to how he feels. But we know that Shelton could have easily been a bigger star. I don't buy the personality argument that has been used in the past. Because WWE has pushed countless bozos who were the drizzling shits on the mic, and in the ring. They just have this thing, well Vince just had this thing with saddling folks (mainly black folks) with buffoon type characters when they didn't want to put some work into playing up what's actually likable about a person because the creative guys couldn't "relate" to them. Dude was Brock's tag partner and not once did they play it to Shelton's advantage. The Hurt business killed that have done more, but they killed that off.

I just saw the news. Here we go. It's already bad on the surface, now we gotta see where this goes.

Shelton suffers the same fate a lot of educated and well-spoken black wrestlers encounter.
Think Keith Lee, Ricochet, Kofi, Powerhouse Hobbs, Apollo Crews etc.
They don't fit the stereotypical "black wrestler" (like a Booker T, Mark Henry, or even a New Jack) that a mostly white audience can relate to.
Therefore, they they are told by non-black writers to portray characters that aren't really them and the only thing the announcers emphasize about them is their athleticism and nothing else.
Therefore, they mostly get stuck as mid card wrestlers throughout their career.

I love Aubrey. She's just real life awkward. Nobody complained about the Hebners or Charles Robinson being all up in shows, all up in the videos dancing.
Difference is, the Hebners and Robinson were part of wrestling angles.

Every time I've seen this woman reffing a match, she tries to get over alongside the wrestlers in the ring, with all the facial expressions and weird reactions she makes.

It's distracting.
