The shit is as bad as WCW.

That's the same face I made watching her do that.
He's exactly becoming Hogan. TK is Brichoff and has no control over the asylum.I've since to see any Punk material outside of these post since he returned. I was the biggest Punk fan during his peak but my God, there has been nothing but negativity surrounding him since his return.
He claimed to want to return and work with the younger talent, but that's hard when the company sees a walking bag of money whenever he's near so they always eventually book him to the top of the card.
Like when HBK returned after finding Jesus and said he didn't want or need a world title. To which Vince laughed and said, nice pants bitch. Now go hold this title."

Punk better be careful or he'll turn into Tony Kahn's Hogan. Old, out of shape, hated backstage, but still consistently booked to the top.
Good
Is she actually out of WWE or is this just her reverting to her real name and switching up her gimmick?
Good point..Historically in WWE who's been allowed to use their real name after being branded with a particular name from the start. Usually if someone reverts back to their real name it means they're leaving WWE and moving on to another promotion.
She's gone from WWE, this isn't another new gimmick. This is her attempting to cash in under her real name. Good luck with that.Is she actually out of WWE or is this just her reverting to her real name and switching up her gimmick?
They should have kept her with the Southern Belle gimmick, that actually worked for her. I still remember that shot of her ass where the director/camera zoomed right in.

Wish she got better at her craft, but it was downhill for her when she got pregnant mid storyline with Charlotte and Ric Flair.
She's been lowkey running a non-explicit Onlyfans account under her husband's name. Guess that's about to get a rebranding and content upgrade. She's gone from WWE, this isn't another new gimmick. This is her attempting to cash in under her real name. Good luck with that.
I agree, say what you will about Vince McMahon but the best gimmick she ever had was as the Southern Belle which Vince supposedly help come up with. It's been all downhill since then.
She's a decent worker most of the time and has some personality. The whole GI Jane gimmick never connected with the audience.
Meh, I wouldn't worry too much about it. One of the few things AEW does get right is delivering quality ppvs. I get it. Everyone wants to be on the card but there's only limited spots. You give them 10 matches max and that's it.
I think the issues isn't necessarily that folks are upset not being on the card, it's that there hasn't been any real build to what is AEWs biggest show of their existence. It's literally their WrestleMania III moment, and the card that's so far been announced hasn't been world defining.
I'm sure the show will be fine, but the fact that TK and his team hasn't really done any prior booking plans to promote the show gives the general feeling that this could be an epic failure if they don't come through. Honestly, a show this big should have had a set card to promote weeks in advance.
Outside of the MJF/Cole match and Women's Four Way....what else has been announced?
AEW needs to hit a homerun with this show. Even their staff know it but their booking team (TK) has been hitting flyballs.
This is AEWs moment, but TK isn't treating it like it...
Thanks for explaining this. Those 3 women IMO could make it anywhere with their skill and fan base. Asuka caused a huge shakeup which is what greats in any field do. So I say props to her. My only hope is that they give her time to shine. NXT was still her best run. She barely had the title and lost it albeit to IYO who is worthy of it. I’m hoping for 3 way matches between the 2 and kairi whenever she pops back up. Rest of the wwe female locker room just isn’t all that to me.It may have had some influence on her when she originally left Stardom but not now. The Joshi scene has changed for the better and starting to thrive again like back in the 80's/90's. KAIRI leaving now has more to do with her own bucket list of things she wants to accomplish in her career. She wants to be a WWE Women's Champion like Asuka and Iyo. There's nothing really left for her to do in Stardom.
It's TK and his typical mark booking. Just throw guys together in "dream" matches and put on "bangers" with no kind of build up or storyline.I think the issues isn't necessarily that folks are upset not being on the card, it's that there hasn't been any real build to what is AEWs biggest show of their existence. It's literally their WrestleMania III moment, and the card that's so far been announced hasn't been world defining.

The southern Belle gimmick was the only gimmick that made sense for her. The sad part is it seems like she was punished with unsustainable gimmicks after she came back from being pregnant. She's gone from WWE, this isn't another new gimmick. This is her attempting to cash in under her real name. Good luck with that.

Yeah, I saw it. It was basically a pissing match between Eric Bischoff and Vince Russo. Each one blaming the other for that shitshow.Anybody catch that Darkside Of The Ring WCW "Bash At The Beach 2000" episode?
