W...T...F...?!?!?!

It should've went to Rossy Ogawa (Stardom). 2022 was a superb year for Stardom. Rossy consistently booked the best women's matches of 2022 and the promotion overall has risen in popularity. At Wrestle Kingdom the women sold more merch than the men and showcased a women's match on a New Japan card which many believe was unheard of ever happening. If they continue to grow we could be on the verge of another Joshi renaissance like back in the 90's.

Tony Khan (AEW) had a solid year booking up until the CM Punk/Elite fiasco at All Out (September). Everything after that for the remainer of the year fell flat. Triple H didn't take over WWE booking until August of last year and for the latter part of that year his booking wasn't anything special. The Bloodline stuff was already established so he doesn't get credit for that. This year however he's starting to find his groove. If I was ranking it for 2022 I'll go ...

1. Rossy Ogawa (Stardom)
2. Tony Khan (AEW)
3. Triple H (WWE)
4. Gedo (NJPW)
5. Scott D'Amore (Impact)

Tony needs to sit back and have a booker for AEW and ROH. For me i'll choose someone like Christopher Daniels or Dustin Rhodes who been almost everywhere. ROH Samoa Joe or Claudio Castagnoli. Bring in Dutch Mantell to help with the women's division. Tony needs to think long term theres nothing wrong with being a promoter but you need fresh ideas. And get rid of the EVP position.

I agree. When you have some of the best minds in the business, people who've made careers turning shit into sugar, you use them to make sure that you make more good decisions than bad decisions.

And the more I hear Shelton outside of the ring, the more I realize why they couldn't get him right. His real personality is 10x more entertaining then the characters they've tried to make him be.

As a pro wrestling fan for 39 years, Tony can right the course of Pro wrestling for decades to come. The time is now or never, I don't see another mainstream promotion down the line

A better card than last week. Riho back on the show is a yes for me. The ladder match is intriguing. Would like to see Powerhouse Hobbs or Konosuke Takeshita win that. Top Flight needs to win the Casino Battle Royale. Hook/Matt Hardy don't care. Orange Cassidy/Big Bill don't care. Jericho/ Peter Don't care.

One of the classic matches between the GOAT Manami Toyota and Kyoko Inoue (phenomenal in her own right) from '95. I still have the VHS tape of this match somewhere in my basement. I probably watched it at least 10 times over the years. I have yet to see an American women's match have this level of athleticism, intensity and brutality. These women really spoiled me in the 90's.

Since I'm in a Bull Nakano kind of mood tonight here's some Bull brutality for you.

Want to know where Sting got the Scorpion Death Drop and where Hangman Page got the Deadeye check out moves #13 and #2. Just remember she was doing this shit in the late 80's/early 90's. Definitely ahead of her time.

Hobbs is WWE bound as soon as his contract is up. AEW will probably pick up Moose.
Is Kenny Omega reaaly a threat to leave is that why AEW is back to featuring the Young Bucks as a tag team.
I think it's more so along the lines of putting people on Friday night who will get people watching. I've watched the passed two Friday shows just because Omega & The Bucks were on. Plus there's more actual tag teams than Trios teams on the roster.

I'm late with this this, I just watch last week show of AEW Dynamite...It was good!!..The first match with Orange Cassidy vs Wheeler Yuta was nice!!..That was a damn good match!!...I like that Tag Team Battle Royale match as well...The fight card was good and They had a big and nice crowd at the show!!...This show was way better than the show a couple weeks ago!!..TK still have to get better with thew bookings!

Overall, this was a Dynamite show from last week!!..

I think the first black AEW World champion is going to be either Ricky Starks or Powerhouse Hobbs.

I think Ricky Starks will be the first...He's start to get popular with the fans and his matches starting to get good..But, AEW needs to show luv to Powerhouse Hobbs and put a belt on him..Either The TnT Title belt or the All Atlantic Title belt on him!!..

I agree about Starks. He's on the cusp.

They are currently in the process of wasting Hobbs. It's like if Wardlow is the A side of a single, Hobbs is the B side. AEW has a few big guys who can have good to great matches without compromising their opponents style.

I look at it like this. Some wrestlers need their own kingdom to rule until they are ready to go to the next level. AEW has Dynamite, Rampage, Dark, Elevation, and now ROH. Five shows. There's no reason for future prospect to be taking L's the way they have.

Each show should have someone that is tasked with making sure that they are highlighting certain wrestlers. The problem they run into is that they have enhancement talent who sometimes outshine who they are there to put over, and show have a tendency to be all over the place.

It should be a big fucking deal when Wardlow and Hobbs get face to face.

Keith Lee should damn near be an uncrowned champion.

That's why I posted those videos of Bam Bam and Vader. When you have big guys who can work that well, you don't take that shit for granted.

Bear Country, Butcher (Butcher and the Blade are being wasted too), and some others they have access too as well.

I get that Hook is supposed to be the super special attraction talent.... For now. But he's gonna have to be unleashed against people that matter.

Orange Cassidy is for the kids. Can't say I wouldn't book him as a champ who can have fun matches until it's time for a new Champ.

Samoa Joe is is Samoa Joe, we should treasure him while we have time.

The tag scene is all over the place too. When they didn't give FTR the titles, it's just been weird.

Tony needs to get his shit together. He's just fortunate that he has some of of the best workers in the world under the same roof. And he has access to to to some of the best international talent. They are lucky that WWE refuses to embrace the world outside of the WWE.
