How do they explain/show his escape though , I know this is a show about zombies but it has to be somewhat realistic

IMO, the turning pointS for Rick was 2 things


1.When he was supposedly sleep/comatose after the governor gave HIM that work, and Carl was screaming on him calling him a pussy.

2. When they were going to rape his son in front him.

All of it fam. All of it made him lose the old ways and become anew.

Little by little he stopped having the faith. Stopped trying to see the good. Stop being trusting. All the shit you're supposed to do.

You know how people say from day 1? That's Rick.

Only reason Morgan is in there is because he was there on the TRUE day 1. Back when they both had sons and were just trying to figure shit out. Rick is trying to get Morgan up to speed on the shit that's happened and how you have to be. Morgan hasn't gone through all the shit Rick has so he's like Rick in season 2 at this point. Rick is trying to get him up to current speed.

Like ol boy trying to tell Michonne he had been on runs before so he knows what it's like and she had to check him.. and THEN right after she checks him he goes through it and looks at his reflection in the water like...damn, alright you were right...

GreaT GREAT episode.......i'm watching it again right now and when Glen and Nicholas fell into the herd you can see parts of the light grey jaket Nicholas had on as being the one whose guts is being ripped out. Also when they were zooming out if you look closely you can see Glen sliding under the trashcan. I guess right under the trash can there's gonna be a manhole

Nicholas was fucking up from the very beginning of the episode, dude kept spacing out and GLen would have to yell his name to bring him back, didn't know where he was going and kept leading them into dead ends, gonna take him and Glen to set fire to a store that had already been blazed up and then led him and Glen to another alley. Glen should have did like Shane did the fat dude from the farm and shot him so the walkers would focus on Nicholas then he could get away

I was wondering the same thing. Especially when Michonne and them were in the pet shop. There were a few walkers in there that they were able to kill easily they could have used them for guts and what not.
