A medical testing swab factory in Maine lost a day of work because this guy didn't wear a mask.

Our unfit, impeached windbag decided he didn't need a mask because he wanted to smell the swabs or whatever it is he's doing in this photo, and as a result the entire supply made during his visit had to be thrown out. Additionally the machines were shut down for the rest of the day, presumably to be able to re-sterilize everything he breathed on or touched with his slimy baby hands. This of course comes at a time where there is a shortage of swabs, and because of all the protests there will surely be a spike in the next few weeks that we'll need testing for. But what is a day's worth of life-saving medical equipment production compared to yet another photo-op that embarrasses the entire nation.

One quick measure is that Marines had to be ordered to serve as White House guards when Obama was President but now for Trump the volunteer list far exceeds the available slots. That does not answer your question completely but is one factoid to consider.
And it is also important to consider that the US military has about 1.3 million Active Duty, and about 1.1 million Ready Reserve so there is no one answer.

I joined the Marine Corps at the age of 17, at the time Trump was about 19, he was a coward then. I joined because I believed I was fighting for America's freedom.
