99 percent of the dispensaries in nyc were illegal that’s why law enforcement having a field day these past months shutting them down. Most official dispensaries are way downtown and nigs ain’t trying to drive, hop on public transportation, Uber downtown just to get some weed.. therefore the street dealers are still utilized and actually about to get bizz back being that their competition the illegal dispensaries are getting eliminated. Them yemens thought they were gonna take over the weed trade and had like 2 hot yrs now the streets is back thanks to law enforcement getting them out of here
