The Peripheral (2022) Amazon Sci-Fi Series from Jonathan Nolan (WestWorld's Creator) Looks Fantastic (Teaser #1) Drops 10/21

When the Navy 1st talked about the concept of these ships and other new generation ships they wanted this tech incorporated into to it with the rail gun and other future tech. This concept was back in late 1990s early 2000s when talk of the leaner meaner navy talk started. Lot of shit got put on the shelf or pushed back after 9/11.

That's bullshit... they just want to blame workers, when what it really is is that they want to cut costs, especially after blowing so much on Lord of the Rings ($400+M) and Citadel (250M)

I have been a prime member since they first started doing it. The biggest problem, imo, has always been that prime video is seen as an "add-on" to prime shipping and not a separate service. Their marketing has always been terrible. You really only find out about shows if you see it on the Amazon homepage. When have you ever heard anyone ask "when does _______ on prime video drop?"
