It comes from age, and not wearing them. It happen with the black and white cements from 99.
That's why I told dude bragging about having DS ones and not needing the ones coming out, to actually wear them. His tune will quickly change. Same thing happen to mine. The III's with Nike Air are straight though.

The sole is different, the color of the GITD is more of a greenish look, and the pipping on them is black instead of white

Considering the condition, that's not a bad trade, because grapes are going for around $500, and that's not far off what the eggplants and fire reds are going for. I wouldn't have taken any 2010 eggplant foams for that, and you'd have to throw in some cash.
