sonuva bitch. hypebeasts ruined the game. i kno u heard 50 bought his whole staff at his cororate office a pair of galaxies. smfh theres people in there that dont even kno wat the shoe is and got a pair. damn. well, on to april 21
They might mess up that release too![]()
nah, playoof 12s a gr we good.
The more and more shoes are hyped, the more I consider hanging this shit up. I've already amassed a large quantity of sneakers many I've never put my foot inside and I got frustrated every time some shoes drop at the bullshit that people are willing to do. I can't compete with somebody that is willing to sleep on the street for a week, or somebody that will pay 200-500% of what a shoe is sold for. I refuse to do that shit. Dude said his store is selling them for 5 yards and niggas talking bout "where's your store?" Fuck all that.
Funny thing is you are actually laughing at a triple profit....... I have no problem paying $500 when pairs went yesterday for $1800.

4s were general release too. That's the problem. We got niggas camping and waiting in lines hours for general
Releases
Just got back from Florida Mall... Wow, shit is crazy over here.
Jordan Brand straight up renovated the whole Footaction store for this weekend. They have a flight lab outside with two trailers that have presentations for the AJ2012 and a full court. In the store, they have suprise retro releases. Today they had the cement IVs, last shots, and black flip 3s. Tomorrow they suppose to get the 10s and Concord release at midnight (friday night/saturday morning). Chris Paul will be at the Flight Lab today, Wade tomorrow and Melo Saturday.
Now at HoH... They built like this roof hallway outside of the store. Inside they have like the galaxy pack on display with a bunch of LED TVs. At the end, is a huge stage. Supposedly, Lebron, Kobe, Durant, and Deron suppose to be there tomorrow. There is a bunch of Nike people there along with a bunch of Footlocker managers from across the country. No one knows what they are doing for the ASG pack (or that is their story). Supposedly, Footlocker wants to do a midnight release but Nike wants to do it in the morning. One of the workers that was there on his day off just flat out told me they doing it in the morning.
I knew about this stuff for weeks but had no confirmation. Word is... They have like 400 pair of BB Lebrons, 150 of galaxy foams, and so so amount of KDs and Kobes. Since the Jordan brand doing their thing at Footaction, they restocked a few Jordan retros at HoH.
Guys outside trying to camp... but the mall has a strict policy on that. Can't start a line until 5am.
I was thinking of driving down this weekend(not for sneakers), but it had crossed my mind to swing by The Florida Mall, but I might steer way clear of that shit. Sounds like it's gonna be too crazy out there for my tastes![]()
yeah. Right now its not bad but once the weekend hits, its going to be crazy. I refuse to go on I4.
Florida mall was pretty empty this morning. You could have easily walked into the store and grabbed whatever you wanted. They sold out of the Cement IVs like 2 hours after I got 'em. I copped mine at like 10:45AM.
Damn. Those would have probably be the only thing I'd be interested in copp'ing.
Yeah, I4 ain't gonna be nothin' nice.
I still might make an early morning run down there, and take my ass to Milena for some general shopping, and get the hell out of town before the crowds start flooding the roads and stores.
If you have a GPS, use the backroads.
They getting the 10s tomorrow and Concords at midnight. They doing the Dave White midnight release tonight. There was a rumor that all black XIs might show up. But who knows. None of the workers know what is going and they just release whatever Nike/Jordan tells them to. (HoH and Footaction is full of Nike corporate dudes).
the profit part is true..... but its not guaranteed that you are gonna sell your pr for that much. how many times have we seen "resellers" stuck with prs of shoes and eventually lowering their asking price? happens every single release.
Oh trust me, I know O-Town like the back of my hand.
Yeah, I don't think anyone down there really know what's going to happen except the corporate brass. Most of those workers probably know about as much as you or I do.
I've seen a guy with my own eyes pay $1250. That's good enough. Even then spending $500 to make 2.5 times back is worth it. You can wear this shoe and still get more than retail back for itWho bought them for $1800? Where did you get this from? Who will give you that amount for the shoes you have? And don't come with no bullshit active auction link on ebay. "Seeing" people spend $1800 on shoes you hope to sell is like seeing the dealer's friend win when they're trying scam niggas in 3 card monty.
