@ Beatdown...look at how many pairs he has... he told me he got a few from FL too...I aint ask if he had a hookup but he obviously did.
Crazy thing is he told me he doesn't even wear foams or sneakers in general he just goes and stocks up on the hot ones so he can resell them.

He's in the city but he lives in Willow Grove PA, I doubt Nike would even give a dude in a market that small a contract for foams. Alot of people don't know this but to get the higher echelon releases a retailer has to show a history of high sales with Nike.

They have histories. Just because they are small doesn't mean they haven't been getting it for a long time. PLUS alot of hole in the wall spots have "bigger" mom and pop stores over them that send them a few pair. Example If I have a mom and pop store in NYC and a smaller one in Rochester, I can ship a few to Rochester because they are coming on the same account.
It all makes sense because you notice every place that sells Nikes doesn't get the high sellers and exclusives. One Arab cat that owns a spot in Rochester schooled me on a Nike contract. This dude gets everything hot except Retro's and Foams and this is what he told me..
He said the reason he doesn't is not because of sales. He said that for example with Jordan Brand in order to get the Retro's you have to agree to get all those team Jordans and shit that doesn't sell. He said it's not worth it to get stuck with 90% of a shipment just to sell a few pairs of throwbacks.
As far as foams he said you need high sales and sometimes just luck. He said with Mom and Pops joints Nike can either randomly give them to you, or randomly not. He said unless you are a chain like Footlocker, nobody knows if they will really get them until like 3 days before...

EXTREMELY hard to get. If I'm not mistaken dude told me you have to drop like $10-$20,000 just to get on with Nike and you might only get one or 2 good sellers in that run. I aint asked in a while though I can probably get some of that info for you.

Shady not necessarily all Team Jordans but Jordans besides actually Air Jordans. That is not false. There is no contract a store where a store can only get Retros now their bigger store might only give them the Retros but there is no store in the land with a Retro only contract.
