Where can I find the all black Penny foamposites?
whats the odds of winning a class action suit against the sneaker companies for limiting the larger sizes to one or two pairs per store and sometimes none
the proof of them only shipping one or two pairs of the larger sizes while shipping ample pairs of the other sizes is there.
the problem would come in finding participants in the suit and then proving they were actually prevented from buying said shoe they wanted
The problem with the suit is that only a small percentage of the population wear sizes 14 and up. Larger sizes usually sit and end up on clearance. They're not obligated to make shoes available in any size.

Long story short...I went into footaction to buy some cheap running shoes (non-nikes) hoping to spend between $49-99...I seen these joints and it was love @ 1st sight...I'm not wearing these outside until I buy the rain/dirt repellant spray...I'm spraying it on the shoelaces everything...I love the metallic blue...these shits run small tho...I normally wear 9/9.5 these are a 10.5 I do not ever wanna see these get dirty or crumpled

Stores be on that bullshit. A size 14 ain't that uncommon. Like dude said stores only get 1 pair. A lot of times they don't even get that.
