They made kicks that were on shelves on sale for less than $50 sell out, by throwing them on some rappers and attaching a limited tag

Folks camping for A.I.'s is hilarious. Reebok made them joints team shoes and Eastbay sold them for I swear 7 years. The game done changed.

Anyone seen these Iversons colorway, Golden State All Star edition? They got stolen off a porch over night, and I'd like to purchase them again.

Whoever said it was right, you dudes are all hypebeasts and followers. I bought foamposite Pro's and Max's in the late 90's on sales racks. Now you all think it's the "It" shoe to buy. Jordan 1,2,3 and 4's didn't sellout and were on sales racks in the past. Newby's don't know that the original Reebok Questions were the fastest Reeboks to ever sellout. Also the ones that just released were the first time they were released outside of Philly with the pearilzed leather toe.

Also whoever talks about I only wear Nike's comes across as lame and knows nothing about sneaker culture... Ok carry-on I'm off of my soapbox
 
ill admit it. i was broke. when i was younger i couldnt cop. they came around again and i was in college, no job i couldnt even buy lunch let alone kicks. so yea, i copped em this time around, i always wanted these, these are the only reeboks besides the shawn kemps i would rock. i dont even rock with the pumps like that.
 
The funny thing about it is, they had a pair of DS anniversary edition joints that came with a special box(not that special, but had some pics on it) and a booklet saluting Chuck sell on ebay last week for around the same price, hell cheaper than some of the ones up there now :smh:

Reebok always did a pretty good job, like with pumps, because they've been theming the Victory, Omni and OG ones and how they did the world boutique theme a few years ago. That was sneakerhead shit though. I don't know of many other people in to Pumps.

But they took this back to the G-Unit/S. Carter sneaker days.

The amount of sneakers I see on ebay and sites for sneakers that are supposed to be limited is disgusting these days, half the people who got them and the KD N7's this weekend seemed like they got them to flip.

Dudes are paying $200 plus on ebay for some fuckin Iversons :smh:

i dont think thats fair. everyone thats new to the game is not a "hypebeast" and personally that word is thoroughly overused. i will admit there are alot of those wave riding, fad loving mafuckas out here, and even worse the resellers. its like crack in the 80's and 90's. the resellers are fucking the customers up yet they go back for more. me personally, i buy the kicks i buy for the LOVE. each shoe i have has a story. i love my kicks bro. i dont ever think i would give the game up, nor would i get bored with it. i will admit, used to think foams were ugly. until i got my first pair, eggplants for 150. could not stop from there. love em now. my brother put me on em. not WALE. i hate that bastard. thats another story. my top 5 kicks, far from hype shoes. they all have a story. i see where u comin from, but everyone thats new to coppin kicks aint necessarily new to the game itself. they now have the financial means to cop. as for the rest, i hate those bastards too. lol
 
imo those n7's were nothing special. they have that limited tag on em, and the fact they represent something i respect. but the colorway and the design didnt jump to me. a sneakergroup im apart of i had to go off on a nigga, he sellin em for 250 the day of release. i cant even remember the shit i said, but we all clowned his dumb ass for buying a shoe and damn near tripling the fee for purchase. on top of that u tryna pay bills with kicks u fuckin nerd. i cant condone that.

I can respect your view and after your insight I can tell that you aren't a hypebeast. Strangely I don't even use that word and I don't consider myself a "Sneakerhead", I'm just someone who's always loves shoes.

Once again I'm a lover of shoes and love to hear about shoes new or old and am very happy for people to get the shoes that they want!
