I just watched the 12:07 clip again. She started off very respectful. She wasn't agreeing with him, but she didn't start losing it until he started his routine where he asks them a question and then won't let them answer the question that he just asked them. He'll then admonish them for over talking him even though they are just trying to answer the question he asked.

It's his show, he can do whatever he wants, and the women who call in should be prepared for that. But it prevents a decent conversation from happening.
