good info man, thanks. My wife went "no meat and hardcore dairy" a month ago and she feels real good so different wants to prep is a plus.

We need more example because aint no one going to eat that nasty shit. What are some alternatives that include meat.
 
Replace the frozen veggies and eat fresh as much as u can. Fresh veggies are really not that hard to prepare.

Also, look into wheat germ. If you don't have a wheat allergy, wheat germ is full of protein and lots of vitamins and minerals. Some say it gives semen more volume, so you may bust like Peter North sometimes. Just saying.
 
Man I need to get into this. I need/want to loose about 40. Its gonna be tough though switching from my current diet to something similar that your showing.
Don't they have like some beginner shit where you can slowly switch off your fatty sugar eating ways without going all in on fucking vegetables and sprouted bread and shit all at once?

no,just cold turkey,donbt make any excuses
give yourself one cheat day a weak where you have a cheat MEAL not a whole day of cheating.this way you have something to look fwd to at the end of the week,and you dont totally feel deprived
my cheat day is friday,last friday i had half a chicken & porked fried rice from the chinese spot.

read the book called... burn the fat feed the muscle... you can google it and get it in pdf form
