I talked about this new assist rule last year when I started watching the WNBA when I heard them saying some player had gotten their ninth assist, I was like how can you pass a player the ball they catch it do 2-3 moves then dribble to the basket and the player that passed the ball to them gets credit for an assist
We talked about it in the NBA thread about a Jokic assist.
I didn’t know that they counted those as assists.
