{The Official 2021-22 NBA Thread} - Finals: Warriors vs Celtics…{4-2 advantage warriors } Dubs NBA champs, Curry MVP

Built the roster to be able to have the space to bring in the big 3 years in advance while keeping the team competitive.
Brought in role players to surround them.
Has a culture in place that lebron seems to admire.
:dunno:
Man stop. Why he aint do that shit in the ten years since Bron been gone. Foh. For all his "culture" bullshit Riles has had one successful year in Miami in 23 years of employment. Bron built that fucking team same as he did in Cleveland after the fact and LA after that.

Why lebron didn't build the team before Miami?
He returned to a cavs team with stacked lottery picks after he left because they were trash.
How's LA looking?
The heat missed the playoffs 3 times since bron left.
Not many teams can lose their best player and say that.
Especially when you consider they lost Bosh too.

Why lebron didn't build the team before Miami?
Because he was 24 years of age you fuck. And trusted an organization to be competent enough to do their fucking jobs. After he dragged a Mike Brown and Boobie Gibson to a fucking finals he realized he needed to take his destiny into his own hands and did so.

The NBA is not changing the three-point line anytime soon because:

A. Fans like offense especially the three-point shot.

B. It makes the league alot of money.

C. Most organizations depend on analytics way too much.

AD with an increased volume of 13 shots tonite.. All while being guarded straight up by the likes of Klay and Otto in the 4th.
Didnt LBJ beg to get AD though? didnt LBJ trade everyone for Westbrook though? didnt LBJ made sure they sign all those old geezers though; I mean this should be your favorite team; they all the same age as you....

LeChoke been doing this shit, nobody should be surprised.

Lakers been ass outside of the bubble.
Bubble fluke
Yes we did exit in the first round, didn’t get swept though even with the injuries.

Lebron was injured his first year with the Lakers. He missed 17 games after Christmas his first year. They didn’t make the playoffs.

They’re doing bad now, it should get better.

Let’s just stop, you’re feeling yourself too much.

Without Bron the Heat ain’t been shit for 16 years. They’re doing good now your ego’s a little too big.
Lakers first season, Lebron injured and didn’t make the playoffs.

Second season won championship.

Third season, injuries and AD injured equals limited run in the playoffs.

This year players aren’t doing what they need to do to succeed.

Without Lebron we’d be creeping on 10 years with no playoffs, and without Bron the Heat would be currently at 10 years of no playoffs.
And the lakers are squandering it
The bubble champs is real...

I’m confused. I stated that the Lakers organization chose the current players that are on their roster.

Are you implying that the NBA assigned the current players to the Lakers?
No, place the blame where it needs to be; LBJ chose the current players, the current roster makeup; lets call a spade a spade; stop trying to put the whole Lakers organization under the bus; this is LBJ orchestrating period; he gets the credit he should get the blame also...

So Lebron’s the reason they signed Ariza?

Lebron told them he wanted Wayne Ellington and washed up Deandre Jordan?

If so fuck Lebron for fucking up my Lakers! It sounds like he’s following in MJ’s GM footsteps!:roflmao:

LBJ got all the credit for them trading for AD; all the credit when they won the Bubble champs; now the roster sucks and its not his fault:hmm:who wanted Westbrook there:hmm:and Melo and Rondo and Howard back:hmm:fuck outta here with that passive aggressive shit; he got credit for the roster when they were winning so he should get credit for the roster when they are losing...

Lakers Ownership: What do you need for a championship Lebron, we’ll get you whoever you want!

Lebron: Get me Wayne!

Lakers Ownership: Little Wayne? Does he play basketball now?

Lebron: No not that Wayne, I want Wayne “Ellington”!

Lakers Ownership: We’d be better off signing Little Wayne. Are you sure that you want Ellington?

Lebron:

Well then it’s Lebron’s fault :dunno:

James Harden Grew Frustrated With Nets Over Offensive System
FEB 14, 2022 11:24 AM

James Harden grew frustrated with his situation with the Brooklyn Nets as he wanted everything catered to him the way it had been with the Houston Rockets. Kevin Durant and Steve Nash disagreed as both wanted the Brooklyn offense to feature ball and player movement.
Sources tell Yaron Weitzman of Fox Sports that Harden ducked into his shell at times upon being rebuffed. Harden even criticized teammates and coaches to NBA insiders sitting curtsied at games.
"With James, if you’re not 100 percent on his side, you’re his enemy," a former Rockets staffer said.
The Nets knew that Harden wanted to leave for the 76ers in the offseason.

If this part is true?

Harden is a dummy

And you a Skip Bayless, it ain’t good…
Nah im not, I just call a spade a spade; I dont hate LBJ nor do I discredit him; he is a great period; top 5 all time; i dont worship him either; but he should credit for this roster construction as well; he was a known advocate for this bullshit roster; he had a hand in everything; its funny how dudes wanna give him credit for the bubble title but not credit for their current state right now; its weird...

I was agreeing with you saying that Lebron masterminded everything and you called me a shock jock.

I gave the scenario of what happened with ownership and Lebron from your perspective.

If you think that perspective was of a shock jock, then that how you feel about yourself.

I’ll admit that the “Little” Wayne was extra, but Lebron wanting Wayne Ellington wasn’t.

So look in that mirror and say “Hi spade”. :dunno:
