****the Influence Of Hip-hop And Music On Kids******

All the good parents of bgol, yall may want to start discussing pre arranged relationships with other loving parents. This will be a matter of survival for rational & spiritually centered people.

Do you...I can't past judgment. Who knows they probably relate to you better by you keeping it real like that w/ them. A lot of parents who try to play the "perfect" role for their kids are usually the ones who have the kids that pull the worst 180s once they get to school.

I think mine should be labled perfect imperfections.
They say experience is the best teacher. You just want your kids to also learn by looking at certain experience instead of going through it themselves.
(Example Smoking Crack) I let kids know you will do anything when your bored, an those who will try anything once will do it twice. Cause now its easy. I give no props for dumbshit, cause dumb shit is easy shit anybody can do. Nothing special. I give props for those who do smart shit. And long
as they respect my character role, my glorification will amount for something as well.

One thing about kids is at least they should be familiar with situations, so when the hardships of life smack they ass, hopefully the familiar you instilled in them will be sufficient enough for them to now go from familiar to know.

Popular music has become less about music and more about all the other shyt thats associated with it.

how you dress
how you speak/slang
how you present yourself
swearing has become part of regular daily conversation, without even thinking twice where you at who is around.

This is what happen when non musicans think they are musicans, but cant even read a note.

 youngn's

actually TRU is still right because to some the decline of hip hop happened after NWA...when the bitches, 40's, blunts, gats, bloods and crips were introduced to the mainstream

and by the date i highlighted, the word 'thug' was already overused and in the mainstream thanks to 2pac. and biggie made expensive ugly coogi sweaters and big dial watches popular [iced out baaby]

It's become a loosely defined sexual society where almost anything goes. However I have to do a reality check because i'm talking about this shit while on a porn site...:lol::lol:

But the difference is that you're an adult capable of making the right or wrong choices as to what you wish to expose yourself to.

The music isnt the problem. It's the parents letting their kids listen to it. Or not putting things into perspective for their children.
