What do you mean thats a lie. I bet you've never been here. I said we have a small minority of whites then you say thats not true and post a statistic that says they make up one point something percent!!! Belize is Mestizo, Mayan and Aztec, A lot of Hondurans and Guatemalans, A lot of Blacks a small group of eurpean Mennonites. Thats it! Every other white person is either a tourist or a handful of expats. Why are you so contrary with no facts?

Correction about what I typed yesterday.... I chatted with a friend in Africa last night and she said there IS a kiddie sex thing going on in The Gambia too. Not as bad as Mombasa but she says it's alive and well. Totally europeans going there to get there kiddie sex thrills. Sorry for bad info before. I've not been to The Gambia, or anyplace very close to it.
You don't get to define who is and who isn't a problem for other people. I got no beef with the Mayans, the Creoles, the Garifuna, the Aztecs, the Hondurans or the Guatemalans .... MATTER OF FACT, I have no issues with the Mennonites here, even though they are white europeans who migrated here over a hundred years ago. They are very much like the Amish or Quakers... they mind their fuckin bizness, do excellent craftsmanship work when you hire them... they are welcoming to Blacks joining their churches. Truth be told, Belize beats most of Africa in many ways. I love visiting Africa, and it is my Motherland, but there is a ton of fucked up stuff about Africa. I haven't seen all of it... few have cause it big as HELL, but I've seen Ghana, Togo, Ethiopia, Uganda and Egypt. Africa is LOUD, dirty, the traffic is nothing short of maniacal, the people overwhelmingly have had their spirit broken and ripped out of them, they are ULTRA religious, serving their white, blond, blue eyed jesus, in Ghana the beaches were beautiful but the people used them for toilets. Turds floating by in the water, turds in the sand, the infrastructure outside of the downtown areas are generally FUCKED UP. People do crazy shit straight out of some draconian, dystopian movie, hanging burning tires around the necks of accused rapists with NO TRIAL,... some bitch says you raped her, THAT'S YOUR ASS whether she is lying or not, ..... shop lifters are beaten senseless for being caught lifting a can of tuna cause they're broke and hungry! The people are superstitious as fucking HELL, they believe in every stupid fucking thing imaginable. They do exorcisms in Nigeria torturing little children cause they are said to be possessed because they have emotional issues. Get out of here with your bullshit, Nzinga. You seem to know less about Africa than people I know who've never been out of the US! I have a girl from Madagascar I dated, she told me a couple months back that her neighbor was killed by a mob for stealing somebody's DUCK! Don't get me wrong... I LOVE Africa. Next trip I take will be to Senegal, The Gambia then a flight to Cape Town. Never been to any of those and I always look forward to visiting, .... BUT I DON'T WANNA LIVE THERE! Belize is CLOSE first of all. Your friends and family can visit you for a couple hundred dollars and a 2 hour flight from Miami. Africa is 1000 to 2000 dollars depending what part you're in and up to a 15 hour flight. It is the only country in Central or South America that is English speaking. Anywhere else, your Spanish or Portuguese better be tight. It is calm and tranquil compared to the majority of Africa. The women look like they are straight up supermodels and they are friendly and approachable. Once you get out of and away from Belize City, crime is not bad, but the South side of Belize City can be pretty bad. If you wish to start a business here, you odds of success are 3 times your odds in the US. BUT! You need a work permit to start a business and they will only issue one with your agreement to hire ONLY Belizeans in your business. The weather is hot and humid as a MF!!! The cool season it averages 85 and in hot season it can hit 110 with near 100% humidity! But you do get "somewhat" used to it in time.....go on...I know about the women..but?

I have only been to Accra and it was a great experience and I love the continent. With that being said, I agree that the infrastructure was poor. The markets are hectic. The traffic, I almost got fucked up in a cab because of the driver.
I hope this discussion is not going down the "Africa is a shithole" route...I have specifically noted certain COUNTRIES that have caught my attention. In fact, I have followed a lot of expats in Belize and it looks positive but since I haven't lived there, I can't jump to conclusions. I have been to a number of Caribbean countries (some more than a couple of times) and even with the number of black folks, if the infrastructure ain't correct, I gotta put them at the bottom of the list until I can investigate personally. In fact, if I gotta walk around with a translator, I ain't for it so I'm focused on a select few places that have potential.

I was thinking Belize too (way before this thread got so long). I ain't against the motherland tho. I want to be closer to my family & friend in the US if I leave.
Once things get back to normal (if they do) check out Belize. Head straight for San Pedro and Caye Caulker... those are the most touristy places. Then head for the inland cities to see how the real people live.

I’ve been to Belize, years ago. Don’t know which club it was but it closed and became a whore house. We stayed there until 5-6 am
