I've wanted to get involved in boxing (training) for the last couple years. Boxers have a great routine when it comes to physical fitness, weight control (e.g. gaining and/or losing), etc. I'm back in the gym now (2 weeks in,
), so I'm taking my fitness more seriously. Right now, and for the next few weeks I'm just going to stick to things like the exercise bike and elliptical machine, but eventually, I'll start lifting weights again. Hopefully by the summer time the results will start to show a little bit. From there I'll stick with it and be better and better. At some point, I'd love to find a gym, program, trainer, etc. that will give me the chance to train as boxers do......Oh yeah, FUCK DOOK!!! We'll see you bitches on Sunday...
