Normally I would definitely agree with you.....
but I don't think i've seen the DOJ write a brief like this where they basically put out their case in a civil brief....
This isn't like the Mueller report where they went over backwards to keep from saying obstruction... they clearly make a case for obstruction and actually say it with receipts ....
At a minimum ....... they have to indict him and people in his team. You don't put this shit out there without doing anything. They have to do something..
But I will stick to my earlier statement that he isn't going to jail.....
The only way that happens is if he takes it as a plea, but I don't see jail....
I do see a plea with some insane fucking conditions on it....
