There will be an influx of Caribbean islanders coming to the lower 48. I worry though that many will not be able to go back because their land will get claimed and they will be priced out and can't afford to move back. Kind of like what happened when certain parts of New Orleans(mostly black areas) were not rebuilt after Katrina.

Nah they ain't fuckin wit the US... it's easier for them to go to the U.K. Since Most of the islands hardest hit were British commonwealth..

Now the US Virgin Islands they will def come state side.. they are US citizens

Crazy man at least 3-5 years recovery time. Every thing in the islands moves slower too. Tourism down for awhile as well. Most the jobs are tourism jobs so these storms really hurt the islands.
