But holding up the movie for 2 years over a "script" is wild. Colin will be finishing up Penguin season 3 when they start filming this..... and that's wild

they apparently LOVE this iteration of Batman and the Penguin solidified that and now it will directly connect to the sequel
I don't see how anyone can say Reeves isn't and has not BEEN in a good position with WB/DC

Agreed. I loved how he mainly used his intelligence vs his gadgets, as well as showing him and Gordon working the crime scenes together. We also see that Batman is his true identity and Bruce Wayne is the alter ego. I'm betting that the sequel will show him developing the public persona of Bruce.
After this flick debuts.
They should bring Patterson and Phoenix together after “Joker 3”.
Make a new trilogy film just with those two going at it.
Batman/Joker have a long history, they need more than one film to scratch the surface on their relationship.
