The Avocado Is The Healthiest and Safest Food of All Time

I had the same problem for awhile. I was allergic to avacados, melons, bannanas, tomatos, I couldn't eat them. My throad would start itching and swell up. They say you allergies change every 7 years but it took about 14 years for me, and I can eat all of the above with no problem. I probably eat 2 avacados a day right now, most are grown in cali and they are cheap here.

I can't do Avocado or guacamole or fresh melons, I'll spew. My cauliflower and broccoli has to be cooked or smothered in dressing for the same reason. Everything else in that list I can deal with in big heaps.

Been eating "avocado" since forever. In my house, parent's grew up calling it a "pear". Can always remember one of my parents saying "can you pass me piece of pear" at the dinner table, even to this day.

Most common dietary practices are intended to make us sick and dependent on pharmaceuticals.

Eating fat is not unhealthy.

Eggs, cheese and diary can be quite beneficial.

Cholesterol is not unheathy.

Carbohydrates like bread and rice and pasta are very unhealthy.

Fruit should been be eaten in moderation.

Red meat is not unhealthy for many people.

Most folks cant distinguish between proper dietary advice and dietary advertisement.

Stop eating grass seed.

I eat most of my veggies raw

The only things I steam or sauteed with garlic are chard, boil beetroot.

Eat cauliflower, broccoli, kale, spinach raw.

Eat almost 1 avocado a day.

Most of my diet is veggies with some carbs in the form of yams or some other complex carb and little animal protein, mostly a little chicken.

The only time I eat stuff with salad dressing is if i go out to a restaurant.

The fuck up thing is that i taste everything the chef put into the food since most of my food is raw or steamed with no other ingredient.

I actually know when the chef soaks the fucking chicken in salt (brine) to give it some flavor or adds a bunch of cream to make some gravy etc.

:smh:

I was watching A guy on YouTube who had only eat potatoes for 200 days the results were phenomenal.. From his cholesterol level two blood pressure

One of my professors spoke on a research project where they could eat nothing but potatoes and they lost weight, not sure of the name of the study or was it accepted into peer review magazines, but I think that's a thought

Love avacados

Every week they seem to have a new best food /foods that are not as good as you think list, and I swear that many of these foods are listed on best foods list one week then on the other the next.

every fucking week!

ive seen stuff against avacado

I didn't mention vegetables because it the one food source that doesn't come under fire.

We all agree that veggies are cool to consume.

Brother, I ate out yesterday at a fancy restaurant and the shit had salt and some other spices.

I don't cook with salt so I could taste it in food.

To me it felt as if they dunked it in salt or just put salt as a flavor.

:smh:

that cat lost weight... (if he lost weight)....from retraining his taste buds to not be the dominant factor in his food choices. You can do that with any diet. It's just a matter of your vantage point/self discipline. But, with that said, theres way better diet paths to reach that conclusion than potatoes for 6 months (and keep in mind that for that potato thing to work, its literally straight bland potatoes...no salt, pepper, butter,....all the things you would eat with a potato to make it taste like something.) Kevin Smith did this after his heart attack, but even he says the main benefit was retraining taste buds.

If you're gonna eat, mix or etc the seed take that lil skin off... that shit makes the taste extremely bitter and has very minimal if any nutritional value..

I blend em up quite often and add to my recovery or protein smoothies.

But it can be added to any kind of smoothie recipe; fruit, green....etc
