So how do you explain the Bush-Gore presidential election back in 2000??? Gore had the popular vote.

Each state has votes. They are not all pooled into one. And what candidate gets those votes are based on which candidate wins the state's popular vote.
Bush "officially" won the popular vote in Florida by 537 which means he got Florida's 25 electoral votes. If Gore had won the popular vote in Florida he would have gotten the electoral votes.

You guys didn't listen when they told you to insert yourself into the process by working the polls in your neighborhoods and verifying the machines aee not tampered with. 12 years ago it was urgent that we learn the new laws - the time to make sure you can legally vote *and* have your vote counted *and* have the entire county/district you live in counted has passed, it was 2010 when they passed some of these laws. The same year, 2010 when people slowed down and did not show up for midterm elections. So #dontvote. Because you probably can't.
