**Before doing this, you might want to either turn of your anti-virus, or make the keygen "trusted", because some anti-virus programs will say it is a virus. There is no virus in this keygen, it is a Digital Insanity keygen. Not all AV programs will do this, so this isnt mandatory, but if your AV program gives you programs, do it.
1. Install Vegas Pro 10 trial (make sure you choose the right one for your system, 64bit or 32bit)
2. After installing, MAKE SURE YOU CLOSE SONY VEGAS. This is important especially for people cracking the 64bit.
3. Run keygen AS ADMINISTRATOR
4. You will see this thing pop up about some keygen ripper-offer. You'll have to wait 10 seconds to continue
5. After the 10 seconds is up, press continue
6. Select "Vegas Pro 10.0 (32 and 64 bit) Series"
7. Click "Generate"
8. Click "Patch", and then browse for "C:\Program Files\Sony\Vegas Pro 10.0". Once you have the folder "Vegas Pro 10.0" selected, press OK
9. It will take a couple of seconds to patch.
10. When its done patching, you will have to copy the Serial Number and Activation/Authentication Code into Notepad. This is because you must have the Keygen closed while you enter the Serial Number/AuthCode into Sony Vegas, or else it wont work.
11. Once you have the codes pasted, close the Keygen, and then start Vegas Pro 10.
12. Enter the Serial Number, and then push next
13. Enter the Authenication code, and then push next.
