Talk to an Agent Bruh… I’m sure you have one that is a friend that can look up what is listed. However, the inventory is so large now why play with anyone’s list. You can go to any bank’s web site and look up their REO’s, the paper Etc. There are programs out there for Agents that is web based and the other stuff you can get is just public info compiled into a National list.
Do a little ground work Dawg… Now is the time a Black man can come up with some work and a little know how!

A co-worker's friend has a 64 Bit OEM Windows Vista PC. He changed the Administrator account name and password. Later, the fool forgot the password. I've tried ERD 2007 to access and change the password. It crashes. I've tried Spotmau 2009 and it freezes during bootup. Any other program available that will access his 64 bit system? Last recourse will be to reinstall the fool's operating system. Luckily for him, he doesn't have a lot of data stored.

I've configured this thing according to specifications but can't seem to get this thing to send the emails. It sends the test just fine but not the prescribed timely ones. Any1 have any ideas?
