Is there any type of program that I can install on one pc that would block others in my house, on my wireless network from using a torrent of programs like Lime wire!

I don't want to prevent access to the net, just the use of the above mentioned!

I rarely ever ask for software cause I'm a resourceful dude myself but there's one thing I can't find because I don't the name of it. I'll describe it though.

There's this disc that the F.B.I. uses to recover information off a hard-drive. Like if the computer can't boot or turn on. It's like you gotta plug the computer up to something and have it side-by-side next to the damaged, fucked up computer that still happens to have its hard-drive intact even though it can't turn on.

What is that disc called? That special program they use to retrieve information off of hard-drive? I believe the CD transfers all that hard-drive info to another Hard-Drive or some shit like that.
