May be old, but if you need the validation fix (for that 30-day bullshit)for Quickbooks Premiere 2007 here ya go. Working for me so far.

Steps 2 do:
1. Download the file above (QB2007r5-cr.rar)
2. Extract QB2007r5-cr.rar
3. Use WordPad or NotePad 2 open file FILE_ID.DIZ (just extracted from QB2007r5-cr.rar)
4. Follow instructions inside the file

PS: For someone lazy not open & read the file FILE_ID.DIZ

1. Go to folder where QuickBooks Premier 2007 installed
2. Copy the file FEATURES.DLL into another folder such as Original (for backup only or for later use to update from INTUIT)
3. Delete FEATURES.DLL
4. Cope FEATURES.DLL (extracted from QB2007r5-cr.rar) into the folder of QuickBooks. And that's it.
With the file above, you can update as much as you can from INTUIT server.
