It should improve now that they know they got another season. I hope they don't slow down the pace as they begin to take themselves more seriously. I tune in because I know something jumps off on a weekly basis.

Kellita toying with that zombie bartender was some shit. Outhouse zombie. :lol:

I think this show will win people over. The shit Kellita going through nullifies some of the campiness people don't like.

If they play that herd concept correctly, it could be something great. You can't even get around it. :eek:
 
Damn...another nice episode. More serious tone...This show can definitely make it for a few years once the walking dead fanboys come around and accept the fact two shows can coexist and it isn't pepsi/coca-cola....

That shit was just plain evil just to be evil "took it from a dead family"...:smh: ....Governor had a purpose. And the zombie father seemed to be protecting the house at first.

That morgue scene was tense. Especially with her having to be in the body bag...

Perhaps, but this is the shit TWD ONLY(like how dare another zombie show exist) rant and rave about. It shows a lot about one of the characters. What she is going through. What makes her tick. It shows the relationship she is building with dude....

I didn't mind it, because they can't keep up the pace they have been given us. 8 episodes basically outpaced Walking Dead's first two seasons by far.....

She killed her mother and they showed how it went down. Can't really complain about that.

For context, compare this to Darly and the girl(who was in the sleeper ep last week) only episodes in TWD....this is better by far....

I just don't think the show was well done. The constant dreams and shit were annoying as fuck. Better writers maybe could have made it be more engrossing and less annoying while getting that girl's story across.

That bulldagger turned youngin' out just like a real bulldagger. :lol:Didn't stop zombie man from getting some pussy. Zombie bear in the barn.....damn...tied up the bikers...didnt' see the end to the biker countdown coming...

Story was nicely paced and you get the fucking gist of the situation, so no need to drag it out for 3 eps.

That said, it was all during daylight hours. :smh: Night scenes in the second season will definitely help the show.

Damn good epsiode. Z nation is getting real good. I can't believe dude simped out like that. I would have left Addy and found some other chick or tried to hit one of the girls on the team.

It's not a normal 'simp' situation. He been around her for the entire 3 years the zombie thing has been going on. That's like 30 years in normal time.
 
was an ok episode. Anybody notice that the head of the "sisters" was Kelly Mcgillis from Top Gun ? Much older and different looking, but that's her.

When they had the young chick shoot the guy that was tied to the other guys, and he turned and attacked, they really should have had him at least make an attempt to defend himself. He just let the new zombie bite him... didn't even try to push him off, let alone kill him. I mean, you're deep into the zombie apocalypse and everybody is used to these things coming at them at this point, so it's not like the guy should have been too shocked to fight back.

The finale was nice...they showed the past(with the Jason Kidd looking cat with the needled).....and the first person to get the vaccine....wow....

I coulda sworn that somebody said earlier in this thread or the other Z thread that it got renewed early on in this season.

Also, at the end it just said returning in 2015, so I wonder if this was just the mid-season finale (returning early in 2015 like TWD) or season finale (returning next fall)....

It was renewed after episode 5 or 6.....Going by the cat on the table, Murphy might be facing some serious issues....

I'm not the biggest fan, and there have been some eps that were garbage to me (the "dream" episode....ugh) but the finale actually kept me into it from start to finish and has me at least looking forward to seeing what happens next.
Won't ever replace TWD for me, but it managed to keep my interest despite the SyFy channel campiness they can't get rid of.

Watching this shit for the first time and I thought it was one of their many low budget Asylum Film knock-off movies. Shit is terrible but I get some good laughs. It's not a movie knock-off but it's def a Walking Dead knock-off, even down to the background music so far. It's terribly entertaining.​
