Surge in whites moving to Detroit, lured by $20,000 loans

We need to find a way or ways in to invest or start reporting these banks/institutions to the CFPB (depends on authority). Although there are numerous ways that we are being discriminated against, still, there are also some tools at our disposal. We need to use whatever we have, even if minor in advantage. Those that know the area/s in Detroit that could have potentially greater value based on school value, downtown area/s, college town, etc. etc. All of the positives to want to raise a family... Point out the properties or areas for others to invest on here. Someone has to come up big on this board off of this. History is repeating itself.

Put money in black banks,
spend money in black businesses,
buy homes in black hoods and turn them into black neighborhoods.
These loans that banks are giving to whites to return to Detroit are made up of all the high interest credit cards and bank overdraft fees they charge on a regular basis to Black People.
We're funding white supremacy and the gentrification of our neighborhoods.
Don't see why rich black celebs haven't bought up half of Detroit. They could buy entire areas and revitalize the city AND own it. Man, if i made a million per concert like Kanye, Jay-Z and others, i'd own entire towns. Secretly for a while, then openly to draw blacks and businesses in so they feel safe.

Revitalize it how? Adding in Mcdonalds or a CVS won't revitalize shit. Economies need industries that bring in large amounts of cashflow in order to be sustainable. On top of that people need a living wage in order to purchase the goods needed to keep the place running. Unless there is a major industry there, that part won't simply work. Simply throwing money at the problem won't fix it.
You've ever heard the phrase: Not every brother is your brother? Being around black people isn't a promise of safety. Until the self-hate mentality is eradicated those same black folk who you are trying to help (and more times than not can't see the forest for the trees) will destroy that community instantly, UNLESS like I said earlier a stable economic environment can be created.

Shortly, that's NOT the majority of people living in the city. AND you have to live in Midtown, which is already a fast growing area in the city, and NOT a large portion of the city itself...
IF you already live in Midtown, AND are an employee of one of the participating companies, you can apply for the loan to use for exterior improvements as well...

We're missing something important though. Once again, this is all about white flight. Whites moving out of the areas that black people are moving to.
Notice how people aren't concentrating on what will become of the suburbs. Instead of trying to capitalize on white flight in the Detroit area, efforts should be put into keeping the suburbs up as it happens. Stop this constant flip flopping shit in its fucking tracks.

Blacks left the south for the north and west and midwest to get those "good jobs" in the factories and such. Only to find that whites in the north, west and midwest were about one tick less racist than the cacs in the south and by one tick I mean they didn't lynch and disappear blacks and mob riot as much. BUT they STILL didn't want blacks working in their jobs or going to school with their kids and damn sure didn't want to live next to them. So when they left the jobs left and the city services became crappy.

It's not always about jobs. In Ohio, whites are commuting big time to jobs. The jobs are all on the fucking buslines and close to black communities.
It's all about maintaining quality of life. How many businesses are going to be in the community if cats sticking them up every month even when economics isn't a problem?
Whites move away from black people even if whites have to leave the job areas behind. That's something you need to realize and stop ignoring. They will commute 45 miles one way if they have to, so it's not always about jobs leaving as it is businesses being run out.
White folks going to be fine whether they have to commute for 30 minutes or more or take the jobs with them. We just have to concentrate on making sure the neighborhoods don't go to shit. Fuck trying to make money off white flight if it means the same problems over and over again.

Their doing the same thing in Chicago. To get these whites back into the city, they handing out 10 years no property taxes. Just seeing them in your neighborhood driving up your property tax

if anyone in Detroit can get an application post it...check the criteria chances are there are things that would weed out certain folk..
