Supreme Court Blocks release of Trumps Taxes. WTF

The Supreme Court leans conservative and two of the judges and trump put two in office, if “RBG” dies he’ll put 3.

xfactor is a Republican. He's just too pussy to admit it.

He wants more conservative judges.

There is too much information out there that can compromise your security or used against you.

Then you admit your ADOS movement is a useless fail then. You're rooting for someone to retain power so he can make sure reparations can't happen for 40 years to somehow make them happen... lmao

Basically, I’m watching CNN aka Fake news and they even saying nothing will happen. Most Americans don’t want to remove him. Shit is mind boggling.

They are just protecting the sitting president. His taxes will never be released.

They are.

They both work in the interests of the white power structure and the primary goal is to oppress the so-called black man and woman.

do you AGREE or DISAGREE with this statement?

Nope.

You said both parties are the same. Period.

Stop being pussy.

Take the bet.

I’m a republican?

what are the attributes of a voter that is republican?

political discussions on BGOL are mainly futile because they operate off of emotion and not fact or truth so let me know what makes someone a republican.

xfactor is a Republican. He's just too pussy to admit it.

Supreme Court tenure should be 2 terms at 6 yrs a piece

What's even crazier is our system of appointment to that lifetime position.
How could someone like Kavangh with all his shit be appointed to something like that?

Stop moving the goal posts. You said both parties are the same. Given that the only role of these parties is to vote on legislation, if they are the same, they should vote the same.

If you stand by your statement, take the bet. It’s that simple.

The fact that you are moonwalking and trying to change the subject is proof that you know the parties are not the same.

Otherwise that would be the easiest of all bets to take.

Have you ever heard of the ”Radical Republicans?

The first attempt - Special Field Orders, #15 in 1865, backed by Republican General William Sherman. That was overturned by Democratic President Andrew Johnson.

Next, the Freedman Bureau’s act of 1866, setup by the Republican government, that was vetoed by the Democratic President.

Civil Rights Act of 1866 - passed by Republicans and vetoed by the Democratic President.

here is another - Dawes Act of 1887. Republican backed bill turned into law to provide reparations to Native Americans AKA the copper colored races indigenous to America AKA so-called black people. Usurped by $5 Indians and immigrants that paid $5 to get free benefits for freedman and Native American prisoners of war.

What have the democrats done? Other than make fake minority groups to usurp and steal any type of progress?

Good thing more people are reading up on history to see how things used to be, starting with the distinction that Obama was the first “African-American” President which IS NOT the same as the 1st so-called black President which he wasn’t, actually wasn’t even one of the first 5.

:smh: the indoctrinated have no clue who they are, and what this country is all about, but continue to talk like they know something when they should be listening to those actually putting in the time and effort to read and research.
So Republicans have done more to give reparations now? How? Point out the policies. Show me the #tangibles.

I haven’t moved anything.

I stated my position on the statement but you refuse to answer the question because it would expose you for the bitch that you are.

I stated my view on why both parties are the same and gave the reason why. YOU refuse to answer because you must think that one party is working to uplift the so-called black community.

How could someone like Kavangh with all his shit be appointed to something like that?

It's not only Supreme Court judges - there are currently 870 Federal judge slots with lifetime appointments. Donald Trump has already nominated 227 and there are still 103 vacancies.

"Article III federal judges" (as opposed to judges of some courts with special jurisdictions) serve "during good behavior" (often paraphrased as appointed "for life"). Judges hold their seats until they resign, die, or are removed from office. Although the legal orthodoxy is that judges cannot be removed from office except by impeachment by the House of Representatives followed by conviction by the Senate.

Once a judge meets age and service requirements he or she may retire and will then earn his or her final salary for the remainder of his or her life, plus cost-of-living increases.

There are currently 870 authorized Article III judgeships: nine on the Supreme Court, 179 on the courts of appeals, 673 for the district courts and nine on the Court of International Trade.

President Donald J. Trump Is Appointing a Historic Number of Federal Judges to Uphold Our Constitution as Written
Issued on: November 6, 2019

Quote
It is up to us to reclaim our heritage of equal and impartial justice. It is up to us to re-dedicate ourselves to the traditions and wisdom of our Founders.
President Donald J. Trump

HISTORIC RESTORATION OF THE JUDICIARY: President Trump is transforming our judiciary – appointing a historic number of Federal judges who will interpret the Constitution as written.

  • Working with the Senate, President Trump has now had 158 judicial nominees confirmed to the Federal bench – a historic transformation of the judiciary.
  • President Trump has nominated and had confirmed, two Supreme Court justices, 44 Circuit Court judges, and 112 District Court judges.
  • President Trump has appointed more circuit judges by this point in his presidency than any president in recent history.
  • Approximately 1 out of every 4 active judges on United States Courts of Appeals has been appointed by President Trump.
  • This historic transformation is only accelerating, with President Trump on pace to have more judges confirmed this year than in 2017 and 2018 combined.

RESHAPING THE COURTS FOR YEARS TO COME: The judges appointed by President Trump will make a lasting impact on the courts for decades to come.

  • President Trump’s historic appointments have already tipped the balance of numerous Federal courts to a Republican appointed majority.
    • This includes flipping the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit from a Democrat-appointed majority to a Republican-appointed majority.
    • Numerous other Federal courts have been tilted from an even split to a Republican-appointed majority.
    • The Second and Eleventh Circuits are likely to flip by the end of this year.
  • Progress has been made in reshaping courts that have long been dominated by Democrat-appointed majorities, like the Ninth Circuit.
  • Judges appointed by President Trump are expected to give the Nation more than 2,600 years of combined judicial service.
  • The average age of circuit judges appointed by President Trump is less than 50 years old – a full 10 years younger than the average age of President Obama’s circuit nominees.

UPHOLDING THE RULE OF LAW: President Trump is fulfilling his promise to appoint judges who will protect and honor the Constitution and the rule of law.

  • President Trump is committed to appointing judges who set aside their personal views and political prejudices to do what the Constitution and the law demand.
  • This work is especially important due the left-wing’s push to throw away legal precedent and to abandon the Constitution in order to impose its own radical agenda.
  • Activist judges have repeatedly used nationwide injunctions to block the policies of the democratically-elected President.
    • In some cases, these activist judges have blocked the Administration from simply enforcing the law as written by Congress.
    • These nationwide injunctions are a modern invention with no basis in the Constitution.

When a corrupt body of the gov that’s responsible for judicial appoints allow every appointment through

When a corrupt body of the gov that’s responsible for judicial appoints allow every appointment through

The "checks and balances" system is broken.
Who knew, all it took was for those sworn to uphold the consistution first and foremost to say "Fuck it! I don't care for that bullshit!"

so nothing factual or tangible to answer the question.

you are full of shit like @HeathCliff and operate off of emotion or crack like Dr. Fiction.

the funny thing is the white man operates off of emotion due to their Neanderthal DNA. Sounds like self exposure more than anything.

cant even post facts :smh:

I’m an independent voter. I don’t praise either party but the FACTS are the republicans have done more for reparations and the so-called black community historically out of the two-party system. Neither party cares about the so-called black community but out of the two, one has done the most work to give us a chance to build back what was stolen.

that is irrefutable by history and fact despite what you want to make up.

bring some FACTS to the table. Or are you going to say the “southern strategy” stretches back to 1776?

If you are allegedly a black person and you consider it factual that Republicans do more for black people, why are you not a Republican?
