I’m disappointed in you, brotha, as you are one of the more intelligent posters on BGOL. But at least you brought some facts so I can dialogue with you.
I posted nothing but facts to you. These aren't my opinions. If you're disappointed in something, it's the facts...not me.
the rest are just high on emotion. I would say posting a newspaper source, that is biased, is not the best way to go.
There is no reputable source on this planet that will argue that Trump is currently governing as a democrat. It's insane to even argue it considering how far right of center his policies are. I'm telling you.. he's so far to the right that even conservatives, for instance regarding his immigration policy, argue that they're way out of line with conservatism and it's some whole new shit Trump is pushing that the far right fringes had always wanted and now he's mainstreaming it. Remember, the GOP was the party pushing amnesty and more open immigration reform at one point because they didn't want to lose that demographic.
also, if the right loves Trump, why is the party losing seat after seat? There is too much confusion because of the dullards.
Because he's a lightning rod for drawing out the democrats out to vote. The Right absolutely loves him. The left has never hated any POTUS as much as they hate Trump. The reality though is that when voters overall are engaged (like in record numbers during the midterms), the GOP loses races. The country is left-leaning but Republicans, for the most part, especially in non-national races, vote in high percentages than their Dem counterparts.
High-turnout always favors the Dem Party and that's why the GOP wins on voter suppression, etc. Trump is a natural stimulant for the Dem Party. They'll be record turnout again... the dem nominee is going to win the popular vote by even more than Hillary, but the EC is gonna be a whole different game... rednecks in high numbers in those swing states and Trump eats on the non-educated poor white vote.
Trump's base is likely not going to be enough to win re-election because he's losing everywhere else but his base absolutely loves him.
He'll likely cost his party a bunch of seats again.
Contrary to what people think, there are "some" reasonable republicans that are "fiscally conservative" but socially liberal. That's why he's losing the moderate... they're leaving the party because he's so far to the right on social issues that it's making them break with the party. That's why he's losing all the CACs in the suburbs
my question: we are in a two-party system. Is there any difference between the democrats and republicans (as far as their top agenda which is to keep the so-called black man and woman in captivity/oppression). Yes or no?
In the end, both systems support white supremacy. You'll never see me argue otherwise. However, both beer (alcohol is literally a poison) and cyanide are toxic. However, for most people, one is a tolerable toxin in moderation... the other will literally kill you. There is a distinction between the two parties... i.e.. I'm not even remotely a fan of Biden and I hope he doesn't win the nomination. He's promoted all kinds of anti-black policies during his decades in the Senate... at the same time, if it's him vs Trump, that's an easy choice.. Biden will do "some" good.... even if just minor good.... Trump does no fucking good man. He's literally rolling back gains our ancestors died for. Jeff Sessions and now Barr are quietly gutting the black community...none of that shit is happening with a Dem...there is a galaxy between Obama's AGs and Trump's AGs
I don't disagree with your core premise... that often the Dem party ain't shit either... that's why I'm all for what ADOS is pushing.. all of it...but to conflate that argument with "Trump is a DEM" is just fallacious.
