Co-sign. Loved hearing stories from dad and uncles about the fights they had back in the day against their foes at high school, or on other teams. I think my dad's best one was some guys trying to break into the family home. He was probably 18 - 20. He caught them in the act ... chased them down the street and one guy hid under a car. Dad pulled him out & shit-kicked him on someone's lawn. Dad was like - "well, the adrenaline was pumping ..."

Respect to pops. Bruh, I could relate. Most of them were in middle and high school.
I've had 17 fights in my life and lost 2. Lost to this gang affiliated 17 year old when I was 13 over a basketball game. I was nice with the crossover. I held back in that fight for fear of getting stabbed or jumped, etc. Smart choice at the time.
Now as an adult, outside of the ring, cage, or mat, I get into a few verbal confrontations but nothing to warrant physical fights.
I stay war ready but practice peace.
