It's the final movie in Phase 4 and the first movie after endgame to directly talk about how the world has changed..

That's the thing. The way Endgame was set-up and marketed. The masses think Endgame was the end of phase 3. Ask anyone, they'll say, they speak on how "they ended it". The name of the movie is literally ENDGAME. Tell people that a another Marvel movie is coming out, some will just shrug.

Plus this trailer just set up Multiverses ....

I care about multiverses. You care about multiverses. But $1Billion worth of movie goers won't care

Meaning everyone and their brother will come to this... just to see if the end credits scene will show the Xmen and/or Deadpool...

Xmen and F4 will be built new from scratch - and they are not going to rush it

Doom is easy. He has just been waiting and watching.
Fantastic Four are easy. Explorers of the quantun realm who got lost and gained powers within it.
X-Men on the other hand is tricky. If you just have mutants appear then its new to everyone. So that means all backstories are dead. No Holocaust for Magneto. No Weapon X for Wolverine. Etc. You would have to start fresh.
Also mutants can't just appear in a world that loves Hulk. They wouldn't be feared or hated. So that's another dilemma. Do we wipe away the hatred for them?
It's a tricky situation. Curious as to how to handle it.

Captain Marvel got a Billion..

I didn't think it had much of a Chance.. but the lead up to Avengers Endgame helped it..

and I think with Spiderman being the first movie since Endgame to directly talk about the Death of Iron Man, the world after everyone came back, and multi-verses will be huge....

Plus this movie trailer seems to set up how different things are after Endgame..

I mean the last movie.. made 880 Million..


From a July competition stand point... the only real threats to Spiderman would be Toy Story 4 (Opens June 21) and Lion King (July 19) ... It is also opening all alone on July 3... which is on a Tuesday heading into the 4th of July weekend.

I need to see what's opening in China when it releases there.. Homecoming had competition during it's run in China.

In the MCU Shield's Index list is Enhanched (Man made-Cap, Hulk, etc) or Gifted (Natural abilities- Inhmans, Kree, etc)

(Not a coincidence Fox named their X-Men show the Gifted)

I think the Mutant Gene exist just not discovered in this timeline....

Obvious to every1? Theres a shitload of people that go to these movies that have no idea who some of these villains are... Dr octopus, venom, hobgoblin are more known to the casual fan than mysterio... Casual fans and people that don't know s hit will be shocked where as the comic book nerds are gonna see if automatic... In bizz you want to expand your audience... The comic book nerds is guaranteed money it's the non nerds they trying to get in them seats...
