The main PC is hardwired to the modem, only the tablets, phones, consoles and laptops are on wifi.

WAN bonding is for real with the right equipment. You might be better off doing that then paying an extra for a faster speed on fiber. Many times the cable company will bundle their TV package which is not the case for fiber.
