Lose 1 Inch From Your Waist in 8 Days

Want to lose 1 inch off your waist in just over a week? If so, I have the perfect little 20 second exercise for you.

Before I get to it, I'll let you in on what you can expect from doing just this one exercise and changing nothing else.

You can expect to lose about 1 inch from your waist in 8 days. You can do this exercise anywhere and at any time. Finally, this exercise will only take 20 seconds of your time each time you do it.

What is this exercise? It's called the "vacuum pose". Here's how to do it.

You can do it one of three different ways. You can do it standing up, sitting down, or on your hands and knees. It doesn't matter. I prefer doing it standing up.

So get in the position you want. Next, you will focus your attention on your belly button and nothing else. Now, while focusing on your belly button, you suck in your belly. The key to this is to lead with your belly button. Suck in your belly starting with your belly button. Now visualize your belly button getting sucked into your lower back. Once you've done all of that, hold that "sucked in" position for 15-20 seconds. You can do it longer if you want, but it's not necessary.

Please understand that this is different from just sucking in your belly.

For the best results, repeat the vacuum pose for a total of at least 3 minutes each day. So you'll need to do it 9 times for 20 seconds each at a minimum.

The great thing about this is that you don't have to do it all at once. You can do 20 seconds of it when you wake up, 20 seconds before you go to work, 20 seconds at lunch, etc. Just get your 3 minutes in each day. By day 8, you should've lost 1 inch from your waist. And, if you decide to do more, say 10 minutes of this each day, even better results will happen.

Please note, this isn't a weight loss exercise. This is purely to lose 1 inch from your waist in 8 days.

People have reported losing 3-4 inches just using this one exercise. Just to let you know, it seems that 3-4 inches is about the limit you can lose using just this exercise by itself. So give it a try and lose a quick inch from your waist.

so what are the facts on this ? it sounds like crunches without any of the work .... which makes no sense.
in fact none of it makes sense. but before I say she's wrong I'm asking the BGOL fam to pass judgment on this

Want to lose 1in of your waist in 7 days.
Simple:
- Get your ass off the couch.
- Run 2x per day. 5 miles total for the runs (not each run).
- Take in less than 1,500 cal per days
- Eat 5 small meals as opposed to 3 large.
- No/low sugars and no carbs.
- Keep fluid intake limited to what you need.

You'll lose an inch in 7 days - if not 5.

I've done it and still do a form of it, I didn't lose an inch (never measured myself) but it helps with your posture thats it. The better your posture, the more fit you look. After doing them for a while, you'll be sucking in your stomach by habit, probably why she thinks she lost an inch in a week.

Here is a more detailed article about stomach vacuums.

Personally, I like to walk around with rock solid abs...I suck in a little and flex my ab muscles giving me that big dude coming thru look. When I did ab vacuums, I lost the firmness and a little definition.

I'll run half a mile every 3 days. :hmm:

 My lazy ass co-signs this.

I haven't run a mile in forever, let alone five.

If I was unemployed, maybe I could work up to it but I'm not going to do that shit before and/or after work.

I am doing a much better job of eating right, though.

That said... You said something about a magic pill? :D;)

We're talking about an inch. 1 inch. Most people when they start out are carrying like a liter of excess fluid and lots of excess fat. The body will quickly shed this in 7 days if you get that metabolism up.

Now if you've been working out - yeah, then its harder to lose an inch really quick because the body is already in a bit of a stasis.

Loosing weight - or rather losing FAT is a strange process. In the beginning it's fast, then the body will plateau and it becomes harder.
