of all the stages I'm most afraid of infancy...they seem so vulnerable then
IMO, that stage was the easier part minus the emotional confusion they go through due to brain development. Other than that, it was 4, 5, and 6 that can set the tone of their personality and can absorb the most info.
But at the same time, I only have 1 kid. So I'm only speaking from perspective.
You want to socialize kids at a decent age, but man, parents be stupid and it translate to their kids that end up playing with your kids and then you have a nigga mess. I had to deal with an older boy bullying my daughter in pre school.
People gave me a side eye when I said I have no problem stomping a kid in one thread, but when you see your seed coming back with injuries because of some kid, I'm thinking about fucking up the kid, not the parents at that moment. Then school officials hitting me with excuses like "he lives with his grandma" or "his parents are drug addicts" or "he was a abused." So now, at this point I want to kick the kid's ass and the school official's ass.
That what scares me about being a parent again. I can't deal with people on that level when I have such an attachment to my seed. My morality gets changed and I'm in full proptect mode. Nobody is above the hands, LSN. Not even kids. And I'm not trying to go to jail because I threw a 4 year kid 15 feet across the room.

shit I have none...so I soaked up this post...and I def get the overprotective part...that's what also has me worried from my teaching experience...some of these other kids and the baggage they come w/ being in the same classrooms as mine
