Nobody knows if he has a will or not.
His sister has filed a probate petition and she said she does not believe he has a will.
She does not get everything it is to be split equally . He has half siblings and they have been listed in the petition.

What I meant by that is that instead of eating and doing things to live we actually do things to bring on our death. There was a time when it was not like that. There was a time when we had no birth records because no one was dying. Now we have to overcome the masters of death in order to live forever. We regenerate every cell in our bodies every 11 months. That is like getting a new body every year. But whites have shown us the way to death. I have yet to meet a black that was raised up off of breast milk and water. Then raw organic fruits and vegetables, and the martial arts. They will have luxuries in life without having to be carbon copies of whites. I meet one brother that was a true revolutionist, and he was the healthiest person I have ever meet in real life. I asked him about bee pollen. He said he use to eat a lot of it when he was young. I had been thru rough unhealthy practices as a child. And I had been thru cigarettes, alcohol, weed, and lots of it before I ever found out about bee pollen.

it just doesn't make sense. not on any level. given the way he lived. how much he planned. and you can't say he didn't think about death, he made sure to note he wanted to be cremated. so they're going to tell me this man. who was sharper on all fronts than we ever even gave him credit for was like "cremate me and i don't really care what happens to what i spent all of my life securing"

Prince spoke on the vault and said "you will get to hear it someday even though it may not be by his own releasing" so either prince was on some Tupac martyr shit stacking up songs or he had to of had a will. I refuse to believe a man that was that protective about his image, legacy and business affairs didn't have a will.

Prince always struck me as the type who was vain enough to believe that he would never die.
Hell, I believed he would die at a very old age due to the way he took care of himself.
I am very surprised that his lawyers and estate planners didn't have him prepare a will. Even if everything is in trust, there is an associated pour over will to ensure the residue of the estate goes into the trust upon death.
I doubt that because his estate is so active that it needs an administrator immediately just to handle the everyday shit. And that lawyer would start billing as soon as he can, cause the case is a gold mine.
But, as said previously, all the siblings of Prince will split the estate equally. That means full and half-siblings. Although the sister will may be appointed as the personal representative for the estate, a receiver will most likely be appointed to run the business of the estate until they decide if it is to be liquidated and the proceeds disbursed or otherwise.

I dont have a will nor do i have life insurance that Im paying on. I have a few stacks stashed away for me to be cremated and transported to a forest full of wildlife so my ashes can be scattered. Told my Fam I dont want some depressing funeral at a church. Or mofos standing around crying. Scatter me around the forest and enjoy the rest of your day. Im dead, I really dont care...lol

Why all this panic? The sister filed the proper papers listing all the siblings so they are on the right track. These folks held Prince down in life without feeding stories to the media. They are all about to be multi millionaires. Lets wait till there is smoke to yell fire.
My guess, Prince left most of his money to Black owned charities and businesses. His sister is lying to the press to muddy the trial when she contests the will.
This is the same woman that claimed Prince was a long time Cocaine and Percocet addict That made no sense, because he had too many enemies. If he had been on drugs there would have been a scandal at some point. That being said, if she can get the public to believe that Prince was too fucked up to write a legal will then the courts might believe it too.
If there is a will, it was prepared by a lawyer, most likely. No lawyer, who doesn't want to be accused of malpractice would be sitting on the will right now. Prince may have died, but his business is still running. That means that the many employees who staffed Paisley Park 24 hours a day need to get paid tomorrow. That means the staff at the studio he maintained in L.A. at a cost of 50k a month, need to get paid tomorrow. Bills need to be paid come Monday, May 2, 2016.....what reason would anyone have for not producing the will, and making sure the Estate is maintained in its current state. In fact, if someone is sitting on the will, I would argue that they are not fit to be executor because they didn't have the sense to come forward and handle the business of the estate.
