if the ticket went to court...and you are a no show....they will issue you a bench warrant. If there is room in the jail when you get caught...you will be placed under arrest.

best thing to do it wait till they have an amnesty week where you can pay your fines without going to jail.....they have em here usually once a year

Dog, I was in central booking last year on some dumb shit I had to serve. Took me 12 hours to get out that bitch. They make you take off your shoes and belts and cram you into a holding cell with 4-6 other mothafuckas.

Niggas got foot odors galore, and the C.O's were outside the cell playing fucking paper football.

Yea that's sum BS over trafiic violations. I had a ticket but it never turned out to be a warrant I paid that shyt like 6 years later for a crazy reduced fee. Well I'm in NY so that's prolly the difference. My nikkas down in Alabama was telling me the cops coming to ya house for unpaid traffic tickets n shit.

You're right, once you are in for failure to appear. There isn't an option of bonding out. The assumption is, if you didn't appear the first time, you might fly again. Lucky for you, your courtdate wasn't three weeks out.

makes no difference here in NY.
once you fail to appear there is a warrant out for you
you can walk into the court any given day and
A.pay a bond and get a new court date(if u lose the bond goes to your ticket fine. You have two times to do this)
B. plead guilty pay the ticket and move on



if you get pulled over or police run your i.d for whatever reason before you do either one of these options,then police will take you in and you will have to go through the same process as you just went through
I have been on both sides.


p.s you car will be impounded when they pull u over and u will have to pay $20 a day plus ALL tickets before you seeing your car again
