Ok...now it makes sense. When she and Franklin spoke last season, she was all about cleaning up the hood and was still in law school. I bet she got recruited by the FBI right out of school.

I knew this one CPA chick who was recruited by the IRS out of school to be a forensic accountant.

I think it's a CIA order hit. Teddy rogue he did ghost a CIA agent, south american police squad, was exposed by saints father, got his brother killed and been up and down with OVi. He's more liability that ever.

Of course with any of this the CIA can't directly attach themselves to anything.

The only people I think would approve a hit on a CIA black opp agent would be the CIA or the Nicaraguan government.
But following what cissy says without firing a shot and getting the answers she wants, which I would think would be can we keep teddy out and keep the coke pipeline running plus other protections. She know teddy killed her husband. Hell I think she set it up. She don't need those answers.

Just a guess. Cissy worried about her chickens coming home to roost. They cross the CIA and they all dead, Louie, Jerome, Leroy. Franklin has said that to Louie this season. It's not like they can go into witness protection. She gave up Alton with the agreement to get teddy as well. CIA okd it all. Alton can't talk, teddy gets replaced. Operation continues.

Hopefully the writing doesn't get sloppy. So is on the edge of being one of the greats
