SNOWFALL FX discussion thread

very good for themselves..

of course their story wont be told...

Thats the sad part, our good story dont get told until 80 to 90yrs later!! It seems!!

I strongly suggest that we, as a people, watch this show & ensure that the story is ACCURATE!

They aren't telling this story to so that the plight of our drug epidemic is more well known...they are telling this story to redefine the narrative. To make us liable in full & them non-complicit.

And with TV being the biggest educator of these past 2 generations, this "redefined" story will become facts within the next 10 years.

Are you basing this off of something you have heard about the project or just standard operating procedure of hollywood propaganda? Id like to think Singleton is better than that.

SOP of Hollywood.

I think the same of Singleton but TV is a totally different beast compared to film. You gotta get those ratings & he already has a strike due to the show being a "black" drama. You can have 12 episodes telling a detailed story & the 13th episode flips the entire script to some "alternate facts" bullshit, just to save the show. Or the show gets "re-written" because the ratings don't match the vision...

Well, we got a month to see... Hopefully its a legit representation.

Commercial makes me uneasy every time I see it. Just not sure about supporting this. I'll wait for the BGOL reviews before deciding.

Are they going into how the FBI created crack then flooded cocaine into the black community?

Or is this some bullshit excuse to put a black face on crack?

CIA and everyone involved it looks like. I gotta find out whos involved behind the scenes though.

they'll probably talk about it but very subtly and in vague terms. you know they gon water that shit waaaay down

when did the fcc start allowing cable networks say fuck? this shit damn near hbo level with the cussing and nudity lol.

I will check it out.
See if they show the dude working with Ross went to work for the DEA after Ross was charged and convicted..

I know this is off topic but do anybody know the song that is playing in the Cho's store scene?
